I witnessed a very busy morning with lots of crabby / rude people. The staff works SO hard and continued to show kindness to people who treated them with disrespect. Y’all deserve raises and better treatment!

Absolute horrible service. Walked in while they were restocking. I spoke and said good morning. The woman’s response was we will be right with you soon. Please help me understand if restocking sandwiches is more important than providing service to the customer waiting at the counter. I wonder how many people consider that good service.
Question: was it because I am a tall successful black man in a hoodie and jeans??

I felt so bad for these employees, I walked in at 6:04 and they were already swamped with orders. Despite being so busy they were incredibly nice and made my drinks in a timely manner.
