I brought my daughter here for her 35th birthday and it was a horrible experience from the get go! The front desk gal was not pleasant at all. Mind you, my daughter and I are in property management so we do this for a living. A smile goes a long way. She advised us that our breakfast was included when I was shocked by the additional amount upon check in. I must say, I don’t typically eat at hotel restaurants for many reasons. But, it was included so we decided to do just that the next morning. We went to check out and the young lady, advised that my $85 breakfast for 2 people was indeed NOT included. This was eggs, bacon and some toast. I told her that Rachel had advised it was. The manager stepped over when he could see I was upset. He did nothing. Not even an apology. Now if this were the only issue, I could have overlooked it. Unfortunately, it was not. The photos on the website are very nice. In person, not so nice. They fail to mention they are going through renovations because their property is old. Very old. I thought I could make it a better birthday for my daughter by going to the pool to relax. We were out of luck there as well. This was around 2pm and there were ZERO towels. Unfortunately you really need them because the chaise loungers are falling apart, mismatched and very scratchy. Spend the $400 a night somewhere else. This is not a resort in any sense of the word. I have stayed only at Hiltons for the last 15 years but this may be the end of that era. Big miss on this #HiltonHonors
Our bathroom had a dirty brown stained towel left in it when we checked in. When environmental services came to the room to check on it, I had to remind them to remove the dirty towel as they were just going to leave it on the floor. Unfortunately I got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant on night two. I reported it, spoke to a dining manager and was told to expect another phone call to discuss this more. I never received another phone call. The resort was nice overall but there was no effort made to try and improve our stay after back to back unfortunate events.
Just wonderful. Anyone staying here should stop in.?

The employees were unfriendly, the pastries were way to expensive (10$ a piece) for what they tasted like, and additionally to that the debit on my credit card was higher than what was shown on my receipt. All in all a very bad experience
Very expensive compared to my experience.

Disappointing they don’t post hours. They close at noon and are pretty rude when you come in looking for coffee. It’s a bar that’s open but won’t serve you Starbucks products after noon. Also, looks nothing like an actual Starbucks.
I personally think $17 for a tiny Caesar salad is way out of the norm.

It's okay. The coffee is watery. Both the regular and the espressos. The staff is sweet but all they can do is punch buttons into a machine.

Dine in: Yes
They are very nice here. However I drink Pike coffee every day and the coffee they served me was NOT Starbucks Pike. Definitely another blend and not as good for my taste.
Fantastic outdoor lounge with fire pits and shade. Indoor lounge is comfortable. Starbucks at the bar. And plenty of screens to watch the game.
Kid-friendliness: Games outside and indoors.
Parking: Parking is available both front and back.
