My husband and I order 2 burgers with fries for take out... we asked for medium rare for both and I paid extra for a fried egg.
The 2 burgers were a good size, but my burger was well done. Both burgers were bland.. I ordered the beyond burger that came with garlic ailoli, couldn't taste it... It could have been a vegetarian burger and I wouldn't know the difference... couldn't taste the beef...
For a steakhouse this is sad and disappointing...
The hostess that answered the phone was helpful and polite.
As locals we were looking forward to finding a place that can make a great burger in West Sedona...

We arrived 4.30ish were seated in the bar area in lovely booth. We made our decisions on food n drink and sat. Bartender did not interact n no waiters. After 5 to 10 minutes I asked bartender if we co u ld order drinks. She made immediately as there were only 2 people at the bar. On delery we asked to order dinner. A young man appeared spent time entering in computer before talking, acknowledging we were waiting to order. He finally attended, took order. Left n came back with salad and dinners shortly after. He checked on us. Had good timing. Communications may be all that is needed.

It's a decent steakhouse, we went on a Friday, it was not fully occupied, hence we got lost min reservation.

It's off the downtown, but not very far.

Food and drinks were good! They had live music ?.

Parking is very convenient!

The nice atmosphere, really nice looking restaurant. We arrived 1 hr before they closed. But this was my first time experiencing à waiter who literally could only speak/understand maybe 10 words in English. Everytime we wanted to ask about one of the cocktails or menu items, he would say wait, would walk away and find a different employee (even a busboy) to come. A couple of times it took so long to get easy answers. It became too frustrating so when the food arrived, we asked to box it up to go. The waiter was not rude or anything, but he was trained properly for that position. He needs to be able to understand and answer questions about anything on the menu.

For a steak house the meat was tough and the asparagus was like rubber. Drinks way over priced.

Sad that this once fabulous restaurant is no longer worth going to. The help does their best, but the menu was very limited, and the food was not good and definitely not worth the prices they are charging. I hate to post a negative review because our experience when we visited several years ago was so memorable, we literally could not wait to go back. Sadly, we were completely let down, and want to spare someone else a similar experience. There are so many other choices in the area that will not leave you disappointed. This is a hard pass.

We were skeptical before even going but wanted to give it a shot.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what. I totally understand it happens but the way this was handled was terrible...

I'm assuming our waiter was the manager.

He asked what we wanted to drink. I asked if they had sprite or coke he said yes. I said cool a sprite please. To which he repeated it. But gave me a coke.

My bf got his drink. It was fine.

He then came over and said "are we ready to order?" I said yes! And as I started to say the order he literally walked away?!?

He came back a few minutes later then asked again and at this point I was a smart azz and said "yep, been ready :) ".

I started to order and before I even got the appetizer "spinach and artichoke dip" out of my mouth he walked away AGAIN!?!?! and as he walked away "got it spinach and artichoke dip".....

This nice server brought it out to us almost immediately which was a bit suspicious if I'm being honest. Anywhere else we have been that made it fresh took a while. Needless to say it was OK but the chips were stale.

Then not even 3-5min after we got the dip another random lady walks up and asked if she could take it from us ?. Uhm no lol.

Then just before 8 the assumed manager was yelling "no more! No more! " at the hostess - as in no more people. Mind you the restaurant was half empty and they were to be open till 10??

As for the dinner food. It was ok. Burger was bland. My bf was ok with his steak.

Thank you to the kind server though.

My family and I stopped at this restaurant because we saw it when looking for dinner, and felt that we all wanted steak. We expected very good food, as the building was very nice and clean. The employees there were incredibly friendly and kind. They delivered amazing food and amazing desert afterwards. The only strange thing about the place was how empty it was. There were only about 4 or 5 full tables on a Friday night, which was strange and they definitely deserve more traffic for how much care is put into every customer’s experience and food.

I had steak there and it was incredible. The desserts afterward were as well, and everyone there was really nice. Not many people there, which is a shame. If you’re in Sedona (especially the nearby hotels) come here. Trust me.

Where to begin...the menu is not up to date and a good deal of the items are mislabeled or spelled wrong. 3 out of the 6 of us ordered the filet cooked medium and the chef sent out all very rare steaks, so we had to send them all back. We requested a couple lime slices and the server served them on a coaster. When we ordered the filet it says it comes with scalloped potatoes...not the case, we all recieved gross fingerling potatoes...which again we didn't order but that's what we were given anyways. The calamari was absolutely disgusting and to top it all off the A/C wasn't working.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all & would not classify this as a Steakhouse. Overall horrible. Not worth the price at all.

Unfortunately our dining experience was not what was expected. The food was not flavorful and when my wife's steak came out it was overcooked. The server took the plate back to get another steak for my wife and when they brought it out it was undercooked. Thought the server was excellent and the atmosphere was good in the restraunt, the food was definitely not what I expected. This night they had a gentlemen playing songs on his guitar and we enjoyed in entertainment. Overall was not a good dining experience.
