Ordered delivery about 10min before the delivery cutoff on the app I was using (I usually wouldn’t do so, but the location itself did not close for another 30min, so I figured it was okay). The order went through fine, and with no word I assumed the food was on the way. Unfortunately when the delivery driver arrived the employee on shift said they would not make our order “because it came in after cutoff” (which was not true).

I understand last second orders are a pain, but I am more so irritated the order went through/money left my account, and I heard nothing about it “being too late”.

Located in main area of Sedona village, we ordered one veg and one chicken sub. Both of them tasted stale. We waited too long for the register and it had to reboot. No good experience at this location.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! I stopped in at 9:40pm to get a sandwich. It took over 5 minutes to even be greeted by staff on duty. When the clerk finally asked what I wanted, he was very rude. I mentioned I needed to get to work and he said they were “trying to close, and working too”, which made no sense. I said I was going to leave and he sarcastically said “hope it gets better for you”. I will NEVER go to that Subway EVER again. Note: if it’s 9:40pm and you close at 10pm…..your still opened for business.
