The young lady (whose favorite sandwich is #6...I wish I would have gotten her name) that made our sandwiches was awesome! I don't write reviews very often but she certainly deserves a great review! Very kind, very sweet, very happy. She clearly likes her job! If there were more people like her, the world would be a better place! The guy that was also working was very pleasant as well. They make a great team!

Subway has gone downhill all over, not JUST our local store.We got food here. Very small amount of meat /bread ratio.Just not what it used to be.Sad to see a restaurant that HAD a great product fade away.

Among the worst Subway we have been to. Bread was overcooked to the point of the crust flaking off. The parts which didn't flake off were very very crunchy and hard to bite through. The sandwiches were made by someone who obviously did not care - ingredients obviously just thrown at the bread. The cookies were very over cooked to the point of having black edges.. Met with an attitude when we asked for cookies less well done.

We like Subway because we stack the sub with veggies and it’s actually reasonably healthy and filling. When you can get two 12” subs for $6.80 including tax, even if it isn’t gourmet, it becomes an almost irresistable deal. So we didn’t resist. Since it lasted for two meals, the purchase seemed extremely cost effective. And while I wouldn’t eat it every day, I find it a good part of my meal rotation, particularly when I am traveling and neither want to spend a lot of money nor time eating. And if I want to bring it back home, it’s easy to carry and just dump on a plate. What’s not to like?

We were stranded with car trouble and decided to go get some lunch here. The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were attentive and friendly. Then they turned up their music when they found we were enjoying it. They were engaging and fun. We stayed for about an hour just eating and relaxing. We came into the place sad and defeated and left feeling happy and lighter. The food was amazing and the staff was even better!!!!

Customer service is horrible. I went with my family to get 5 meals. The guy working was very rude. Anyway we ignored. After the transaction I was given receipt and it had only one sandwich charged as meal. I asked why not 5 meals. Guy said there is no way for them to charge meals and they can only add drinks and chips separate. I referred him back to menu. The other guy started yelling. We left as we thought it is not worth it. I checked my credit card and I was charged twice for the same transaction. I filled up survey and got response from Jennifer Robison (Director of operations) that she will let staff know. Well I also need the refund of extra charge and overpayment. Too much hassle just to get a sandwich.

I think this is the bezt crew on staff Ive ever seen in 4 years. They always welcome us in. They stay happy abd talkative, and they work so fast - I feel so bad for them for that drive through at lunch. Its slmost impossible with j7st 2, and yet they do it. They work hard and as fast as possible. The one guy is always funny. Only thing i miss is i cant get my sandwhich anymore.. i miss my spinach wrap turkey, bacon avocado. They cant even custom make it. Why? That sucks...

well, since raising their prices i probably won’t be returning, i used to go for lunch at work when in a pinch for a quick reasonable meal. $13 for a foot long? it’s subway not some luxury gourmet sandwich place lol And they did away with their meal deal. gotta cash in on that tourist dollar i guess ??‍♂️

Great service, friendly staff, clean store. I come in the afternoons and it is always a pleasant visit! It does get very busy there sometimes for a Subway but they are still very quick when they arent understaffedMarko, Ciera, Edd, and the "Manager" [Cory or Rory?] are always so friendly
