As chai lovers, we visited this place after hearing great reviews. It's a small, charming café with a lovely ambiance, comfortable seating, and even a few gift items on sale. Thankfully, there was no crowd during our visit. We ordered the traditional cardamom chai and Osmania biscuits, but were disappointed. The chai lacked the cardamom flavor, was lukewarm, watery, and pre-made in a thermos. The biscuits were great. On the upside, the staff was pleasant, and a lady was doing henna art during our visit, adding a nice touch to the vibe

Excellent tea with great variety of hot and cold options especially if you enjoy a spiced tea. The real selling point for this location is the seconds story view where you can do some people watching and be a part of the shopping center’s unique architecture.

No WiFi but there’s enough cell service to run a hotspot (AT&T). I work remotely and enjoyed sitting here for hours! Unfortunately you can’t REPLACE sugar with stevia, so the stevia option is misleading. Sugar is pre-mixed in and the stevia is just added on top. I’m on a strict no-sugar diet and the girl didn’t explain that until AFTER I drank my chai and went back to order another drink. Yes, I specified no sugar, use stevia instead when ordering. So I feel duped bc I drank the first drink thinking it was sugar free :( Otherwise this is a really great spot. Would totally come back!! Just need to clarify that for folks watching their blood sugar.

A little difficult to find, but definitely worth the exploration and search. You have to snake your way around the back and then up the stairs and then through a very small retail shop before you find the chai spot counter. Once found you’ll find delicious drinks, cookies and snacks.

Absolutely gorgeous giant spot in the middle of the welcome center. Literally looks like a place that fell out of Pakistan. Highly recommend stopping by here we stopped on our way into Sedona and on our way out
I love that this is a locally owned small business. We enjoyed their coconut cream df Thai tea & got henna tattoos from the owner's sister, Alani. The variety of merchandise is amazing. And they donate 50% of their profits to help the poor in Pakistan.

We ordered the traditional cardamom and dirty chai. Both were excellent! I could taste the cardamom tea and the espresso in the dirty chai which was perfect. We also ordered 4 biscuits/cookies - chocolate chip, cumin, fruit & osmania flavors. They are a must have with chai. The ambiance is perfect too. Large seating for groups outside with shade and part sun. Couple of things we didn't like - price, it's a bit high. Chai was served in disposable cups. Ceramic tea cups are an equally important part of the chai experience.

Parking: Tlaquepaque parking is busy and it's a bit difficult to find one

From the moment we walked in it was a fantastic experience- beautiful area on the second floor with two cute patios to sit and relax, read and chat. The iced black chai is classic and well crafted. The service was above and beyond - the gentleman at the register was patient, explained options and even offered to fix our drinks if there was an issue. We highly recommend The Chai Spot!
