poor experience and could of been better quality. too expensive and very disappointing taste. need to do better job. please hire a professional tea maker that can make an authentic tea that is made in india. its sad to see the tea making so degrading by teens in the shop. I was greatly disappointed.

Coconut rose chai was definitely upto mark! Would love to try a few more options if I’m in Sedona again!
A bit on pricier side though

Tlaquepaque Village in Sedona is absolutely beautiful, and The Chai Spot has a charming setup with great potential. The guy who took my order was incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, he really took the time to explain the menu and help me decide what to get.

Unfortunately, the girl making and serving the drinks was extremely rude. All I did was politely ask for a sleeve or an extra holder because my hot chai drink was very hot, and she responded with a terrible attitude. She also snapped at the customer right behind me when that person simply asked if it was their order. As we were leaving, that same customer and I exchanged a few words and both agreed that the server was very rude.

It’s such a shame because the place itself has great vibes and cute items, but her energy completely ruined the experience. Go align your chakras, lady. Also, the chai was tiny (maybe 8oz, if that) and very overpriced.

Hi, I’m actually from Karachi, Pakistan. I was so excited to try this and finally get a piece of my culture in Arizona, but the cashier had the audacity to say she couldn’t remove the cinnamon, even though the tea isn’t premade. I have a severe allergy to cinnamon all she had to do was remove it. I understand and respect that there are family recipes, but removing a single ingredient wouldn’t compromise the recipe. It could literally save someone’s life and let them enjoy it too. Safe to say, if you’re Desi or Arab, save your 8 bucks and go to nearest Yemeni Coffee Shop instead of white-washed establishment .They’ll give you the best coffee you’ve ever had, personalize it any way you want, and even throw in a free treat sometimes. Also my friend got a tea and she said it was 4/10 at best!

Last time we are coming to this place. The workers have a bad attitude and this is not the first time. The first time we brushed it off. Maybe they are having a bad day, but this time we’re done. My wife doesn’t take sugar and politely asked the server to please just don’t add any sweetener. Her replay, “we are going to be closing and I’m not making a tea without sweetener”. Not only did they loose a sale, but future customers, and our word of mouth to anyone visiting to stay from this place. Traditional tea place are welcoming. In this case they are definitely NOT.

Didn’t expect to come to Sedona and fall in love with chai! Came to this spot twice and loved all the hot options! The traditional cardamom one (owner’s mom secret recipe) and the third one on the menu - the water based non dairy option. The fragrance of the spices heal my soul

The Turkish Delight was amazing! I was so happy to find them. The hibiscus tea and iced orange tea were also both refreshing!

Their chai is the best I’ve ever had! I keep thinking about it even after coming back to LA
