Honestly disappointing ! The girl making it was rude and condescending apparently you can’t ask how it’s made or she’ll take offense ! The drinks weren’t even good!

I went in today to get my regular decaf order, which I have been ordering frequently for over 2 years now. The new staff basically refused to make it, and was frustrated and not polite. I understand that they have limited stove space and it takes extra time to make a decaf, I usually just wait for 15 minutes and it’s no problem. I would’ve insisted that I don’t mind waiting, but I just left. This employee was exasperated and explaining how there’s not much caffeine in the regular chai, it’s just black tea, and plus the decaf still has some caffeine. So, basically I should just be happy with a regular. Well I know my caffeine tolerance and I know how a cup of black tea makes me feel, so no thank you. The employee turn over here is very fast, and most baristas are young students. Plus this is a tourist spot, not geared towards locals. So I don’t expect stellar customer service, but some basics could help them not lose sales.

Very nice young lady taking orders. Rude other lady with glasses in the back. After I ordered three can drinks it was an entire problem to ask for a bag as she said she had none. I saw a ton of plastic bags and she said they were dirty then opened a WHOLE drawer under the register that had paper bags. Then proceeded to huff like it was an entire issue. Go home lady you’re ruining the vibe

This was a lovely place to relax and drink amazing cups of chai. You can get them served hot or cold and have the option of singer, agave, honey or stevia for sweeteners. Order at the counter and they will bring your order to you.
