I went in today to get my regular decaf order, which I have been ordering frequently for over 2 years now. The new staff basically refused to make it, and was frustrated and not polite. I understand that they have limited stove space and it takes extra time to make a decaf, I usually just wait for 15 minutes and it’s no problem. This was a lovely place to relax and drink amazing cups of chai. You can get them served hot or cold and have the option of singer, agave, honey or stevia for sweeteners. Order at the counter and they will bring your order to you.
