My best friend and I enjoyed an amazing special event featuring Chef Toni Gordillo's culinary pairing, and it was AMAZING! Every dish was fresh, delicious, and an artistic culinary delight! We dined at Timos at Tlaquepaque village.
This place was incredible. We had no wait, despite the limited menu the food was excellent (whole table agreed the fettuccini Alfredo was a hidden gem), the cocktails are a must (I recommend the margaritas - which are made from scratch in house) and our server Michael was ON IT.
Place was empty. The server ( Michael) was incredibly professional and provided great service. However, our main cotse came before appetizer and salad. The meatballs were burnt and black inside and out.. there was no manager on site and I question if there was even a chef. The chicken Alfredo also clearly was not made with cream ( maybe they ran out of it). The salad was delicious. Michael was amazing in spite of the little he had to work with. What a shame. A big beautiful venue with no chef or manager. Kudos to Michael!!
What a find. Stopped in here after dinner at another location to try out their wine selection and ended up getting the peach cobbler for dessert. It was amazing, as well as the wine. Looking stouts at the other table, they were all enjoying their pasta, pizzas, and other menu items. Service was fantastic. The only criticism is that the lighting could have been a little more dim. My wife said it was the best peach cobbler she ever had. We will be back for a dinner service soon.

Nice location, restaurant was almost empty. Not sure if restaurant recently changed hands? Things just seemed a little off. Entries were good, portions were large. Appetizer was not as described.
We LOVED our dinner here! The lasagna was fantastic, everything came out promptly, and our service was top-tier. Highly recommend.
I'm picky. I have been in high end hospitality my entire life and this place is a hidden gem. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere.
Wood fired pizza was excellent! The service was on point and friendly. The restaurant itself has a nice Italian feel, and seems to be family friendly. It’s located in the back of Tlaquepaque. I would definitely recommend going and giving them a try!
I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Timo! The calamari was outstanding, perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. The quality of the pasta was equally impressive – you could tell it was freshly made, with a rich and flavorful sauce that complemented it beautifully. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. I highly recommend Timo for anyone looking for exceptional Italian cuisine and top-notch service!

Went in for dinner with friends last week. We were blown away by the food and the service!
We shared the Antipasto appetizer, Apple Gorgonzola salad and the Roasted Veggie pizza. Portions were great, the ambience was nice, the flavors were on point and the service was phenomenal! Cant wait to go back.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had in my life. The server was very knowledgeable about food and wine pairing. Cocktails were outstanding as well! Great place for a date night, can't wait to go back!
- I arrived with a reservation at this restaurant on a Saturday in June, the restaurant's occupancy was 15%.
- I ordered roasted veggie pizza and apple gorgonzola salad.
- As for the taste of the food, I will tell you that the salad was average and I didn't like the pizza, it was tasteless.
- The restaurant has a family atmosphere.
- Suitable for children.
- There is an open wifi network, however, it does not connect.
- Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash.
- If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of medium difficulty.
- The place was visibly clean.
- The attention was good.
- The service was fast.
- The place is located within the Tlaquepaque plaza. Parking is inside it.
- Inside the restaurant there is an ATM.
My husband and I had dinner here. The pasta dishes were delicious and were served promptly. Our waiter, Joe, was very polite and attentive. Great place to dine.
We went here yesterday as part of group. The food wasn't served until for over two hours after we arrived. Some of the people in our party still didn't get their food at that point and they were literally just given their food in to-go boxes. My husband said the pizza he ordered tasted like someone just threw a Digiorno pizza in a wood fire oven. He would have rather had Costco pizza. The waiter dumped water all over the table and didn't say anything. Everything was completely disorganized. There was a mandatory 22% gratuity when we've received better service at Chik-Fil-A. Some people in our group were also overcharged. They lost one person's credit card for twenty minutes and then returned it to the wrong person. If you're hungry, don't come here because you will stay hungry.
The service and ambiance at Timo's was terrific! We ordered the meatball small plate and the Italian Fettuccine and thoroughly enjoyed both! The marinara was quite flavorful. We would definitely dine here again!thank you Joe for a great experience at Timo's.
