Owner is a horrible lady, yelling at little kids, my 5 year old brother drops a magnet, didn't break it picks it right back up and put it back and she yells "oh you just bought that" and then walks over and rips it out of his hand.

Little “hole in the wall” gift shop. Has some neat stuff that none of the other stores have on main street Sedona, and is quite a bit cheaper than other places. However the owner likes to talk and reminisce about how great Sedona used to be before all the tourists ruined it. It’s unique, but the place smells old/weird.

Rude lady who clearly should not be working there, she decided it was ok to snatch a toy from my sons hands then when we said we were gonna buy it she acted all nice and apologized after already making him cry. Kids have parents and NONONE has the right to touch and snatch things from their hands without communicating with the parents. If there's an issue you come to me lady.

The grandma at the counter is very rude, she made my son cry for touching a toy that i was planning to buy him, we have a better education than her so my wife didn't hit her in the face but she definitely deserved it, terrible service.

i have been in this store a few times during my visits to sedona but the store owner is so rude and unprofessional it’s just not worth it. He barks at customers if they get too close to shelves and will stare you down if you look at the clothing. I would rather give my money to someone kind and i won’t make the mistake of coming back here again.

We were yelled at rudely for attempting to try on a piece of clothing. Needless to say, we bought nothing. It was on a mannequin so we didn't know there were others. The encounter could have been handled with grace rather than making us feel accused of attempted shoplifting.
