Beyond disappointed with my service today. I was at your establishment today and order a #1 which was $12.60. When reviewing my bank activity this evening, I was actually charged $32.60. You guys overcharged me $20 exactly and told me my receipt was in the bag which it wasn't. I tried calling your establishment multiple times to discuss the issue and I guess you all don't answer the phone. I don't live close so it's not ideal to drive 45 minutes to get back to Show Low. The venison sandwich was dry and hard to bite, overall disgusting. Additionally, please stop drowning everything in way too much sauce. Not everyone is a fan...
Mary Jane the manager is extremely rude with customers and worst of all her employees. She refused to take responsibility for her mistake, and then proceeded to tell me it was her new employees fault! Super lame !

Arby's in the White Mountains is the best fast food spot around. The food is terrific, with consistently delicious, hot, and fresh options. The new Philly cheese steak has received great praise for its old school taste of salty cheese wiz. The employees are professional, super friendly, and courteous, providing fast and helpful service. The restaurant is clean, both inside and out, and the dining area, as well as the bathrooms, is well-maintained. Customers highly recommend the jalapeño bites, the Bronco berry sauce, and the Buffalo chicken sliders. Overall, this location offers a great dining experience.
