If it says cheddar cup it probably means I want cheddar in a cup not it on half the sandwich and in the box. Food is great just read more carefully.

We had the Turkey Ranch & Bacon, the Chicken Cordon Bleu, Curly Fries, and Coke. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Wheelchair accessibility: The Handicap parking is not by the door. I did not see a ramp. I use a walker, so could lift up the wheels to get up over the curb. The doors did not have an opener.

I ordered online yesterday, buy 1 , get 1 free chicken item & large order of curly fries . After the order, I decided I wanted a large shake so I ordered a large shake online and when I got to the window they said there were no more milkshakes available so he would substitute for something else so I ordered another chicken sandwich. The bacon& cheese chicken sandwich had probably been sitting under the headlamp for at least 24 hrs. They also said that their chicken strips were old and not to order them , so that's why I ordered another sandwich. They seem to run out of certain items alot. 😡

Arby's is always great. The Showlow one always gets my order correct. I like extra shredded lettuce added to my sandwich. Snowflake never gets it right. Either they don't add it, and I'm charged, or they put leaf lettuce. I still love Arby's but wish for the day I'd get my extra shredded lettuce from Snowflake.
