Hit or miss on service or whether or not the fries are stale or fresh. Sometimes it really hits the spot and sometimes it leaves a bad taste in your mouth (literally). Not my first choice for sure.

Fresh rebuild from the BK that had been around since the 80s. Food is what you expect. They have two drive through lines but one is constantly blocked off. Either way the drive through is usually slow.

When we got home, discovered Brisket Whoppers we got the Show Low drive thru had NO brisket! Had a terrible time finding working phone # for store. Finally found one. Manager could not have been more considerate & gracious! She replaced out orders forthwith. Very professional & kind. However, had Brisket Whopper 1st week they were out. Loved it . . . crunchy onions, stacked brisket, great flavor! Was going to be a "go to"sandwich. Now, it's just another so-so burger. Meh! In this case it is NOT the Manager. Store managers can only work with what corporate gives them. And corporate isn't giving this Manager very much.

The food is the fast, I don't have high expectations. The place is almost clean, which is surprising considering the location is relatively new and one would think that entry doors handles would be cleaner. Play area had a lot of trash on the floors, I'm sure it isnt checked often. But it's burger king...home of the whopper which is still a great burger for the price

The meat was not cooked well... looked raw throughout... made me sick and the phone number was not working to let them know. They need to cook it better and have a working phone.

Newly renovated, they have a playground now, and the drive thru is spacious. Love it!
