When we got home, discovered Brisket Whoppers we got the Show Low drive thru had NO brisket! Had a terrible time finding working phone # for store. Finally found one. Manager could not have been more considerate & gracious! She replaced out orders forthwith. Very professional & kind.
However, had Brisket Whopper 1st week they were out. Loved it . . . crunchy onions, stacked brisket, great flavor! Was going to be a "go to"sandwich. Now, it's just another so-so burger. Meh!
In this case it is NOT the Manager. Store managers can only work with what corporate gives them. And corporate isn't giving this Manager very much.

The food is the fast, I don't have high expectations. The place is almost clean, which is surprising considering the location is relatively new and one would think that entry doors handles would be cleaner. Play area had a lot of trash on the floors, I'm sure it isnt checked often. But it's burger king...home of the whopper which is still a great burger for the price

It's a new building and unfortunately the owner and management still are inadequate. It's already being run down. Dirty fingerprints and dirt on walls, doors and many other surfaces already. The order came out wrong but when we got the right food it was fresh and good.

It’s just like any other BK. Prices are high. The only real complaint is how the employees openly speak out in front of the customers about their racist and uneducated political views. I could clearly see some uncomfortable patrons.

Absolutely dont eat here. Yesterday feb 27 got 2 chicken wraps, took 2 bites swallow i m like something not ok chicken outside look cooked inside totally raw, took to front manager there i show her, her response was OH..we can replace it. Not acceptable. I ask see the cook, i could see the cook the whole time. Obviously in experienced. The lines were long, people waiting. I told her im reporting this to district, health depart. Yes i got sick this store was beautiful remodled. But not their trainning or cook. Will never eat there again. Raw chicken i still get sick thinking about it. I ve never had. This to happen to me in my life NO TY burger king you make people sick
