I got the large western Angus combo. Omg it is the worse sandwich ever. It was dry cold n had a weird smell. For $18.96 I feel like I was robbed. The floors was dirty n 2 employees cared more about Bullcraping then getting my order. F.n I was the only person. DO NOT EAT THERE.

Special ordered a famous star, no onions, pickles, Mayport or ketchup. Basically plain. Receipt correct, burger had everything on it. Kid wouldn't eat it. Waste of $11.39. Cashier was preoccupied & took forever! Soda area was a mess...

Food is usually cold, the service is always been terrible (they must not either know how supervise or train) treat your employees good. They are always standing around while food should be made. The wait is ridiculous. And the manager can't keep her crew working. If it wasn't for some of the food, I'd never go there. I rarely go anyways because I know it would not be worth it. I'm not returning, and I will tell anyone who will listen to not go to this establishment.
