Ordered online, a mini blizzard and a 6 piece sauced and tossed with cheese curds. Was told they didn’t have cheese curds but onion rings cost the same. They do not in the app. Almost a dollar more for curds. Then only got 5 onion rings

Very disappointing experience. We drove all the way from Herbert to this location because it was advertised as being open until 10 PM. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The teenagers working inside had already cleaned up, turned off the lights, and closed early. Don’t be fooled, this is not the place to count on for a late-night snack. As a business owner myself, I find this incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. If this were my store, I would be livid.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, and tastiest DQ out there. It all started with the decades of phenomenal ownership by the Holliday's. The new owners have done a great job carrying that torch! Best DQ experience, anywhere!!!!
Very slow, we waited more than 5 minutes and there's only 3 employees working in front for ice cream items while the rest are in the back. Yes, there was a lot of customers (both inside and in the drive through) but there wasn't enough employees to let us (we were inside) take our orders. There was a line both indoors and out. We left before we can even take our orders.

Came in today 6-6-25, and got amazing service. Audrey is a keeper. Also, this place really needs tator tots on the menu

I ordered a hamburger & fries. The fries were cold & when I got home to eat the burger it was cold also. The girl at the drive thru kind of threw the food at me. There was no receipt or napkins. I will not be going back & was very disappointed.
