Einstein Bros. Bagels

These are NOT bagels. These are more like dinner rolls shaped like bagels, almost like the dough was not boiled prior to baking. I wonder whether instructions and demonstrations were provided by Einstein corporate or whether this franchisee is merely winging it. I am debating whether to give them a second chance or forget eating bagels in Pinetop.

1:30 pm and employees more concerned with closing at 2:00. Counter service was the worst with girl waiting on us not focusing and chit chatting with other employees. Breakfast sandwich was cold not hot and subpar.

Food was absolutely fantastic ! Me and my husband got an avocado toast with onion and chive smear and egg on top and an Asiago bagel with country pepper smear and both were to die for, everything was perfectly toasted, warm, soft in the middle with a crunchy crust will definitely be going back! They just opened so of course things are gonna be a little slower with how many people are going there right now, but there are plenty of workers there all moving quick and efficiently so no complaints with that just make sure you are patient and kind because they all did a great job, happy to have you on the mountain as someone born and raised here!

This location just opened up on Monday. Upon walking in, you were greeted right away. I placed my order ( Texas Brisket sandwich ) and received it pretty quickly. It was actually pretty good. The staff was friendly. Will return again.

Tried this place out for the first time because I was celebrating a successful surgery, and let me tell you this place is well worth it!! I tried quite a few items and I didn’t want to stop eating!! The bagels I ordered were so good I didn’t realize that I had finished them until all I saw was crumbs! I am definitely going to be a regular around here, I want to try everything on the menu. If I were to give any recommendations please try the texas brisket bagel!! The amount of times that I say that this place is worth it does not accurately describe how worth it this place truly is!

I came in since I had a little break in between dropping my son off for school and heading into work later. It was pleasant, bagel was warm and toasty and the caramel macchiato was delish. Keep up the good work! ♥️

Great brand new store . Staff friendly and greeting you as you walk in. Smells are wonderful full of coffee and fresh made bagels.

Showed up at about 9:30am on opening day. All the staff was extremely polite and courteous, restating my order to me to make sure it was all correct. Ordered three bagel sandwiches and the double toasted hashbrown. Service was quick and my food was perfect (I did ask for a few changes on two of the sandwiches when ordering). Highly recommend everyone check it out!
