I love the chili. That’s the reason I go there chili is amazing. I get a small cup of that because I can’t eat much and a couple of bites. I’m done. I can usually make two or three meals of it and I love it.

Never had a mix up or something ordered that was missing any item(s). Staff are always courteous and greet you upon entering. Suggest full meal or just sandwich. Always thank us for using their restaurant. Always says bye upon leaving and come back soon!

When I finished high school, I dated a girl who's parents owned a Sub Sandwich shop. I worked there making sandwiches with her brother, she worked the register.
When customers would come in and place orders, her brother and I would be making the sandwiches while they were ordering. By the time they finished ordering, her ringing up the sale, and them paying, we would frequently turn around and place their sandwiches on the counter.
The point... it takes a couple minutes to make a sandwich, not 30.

Haven't been here in quite a while because you're kind of pricey but I have to say I'll be back soon if every experience is like tonight. Quite frankly when I started my order I thought I was talking to something automated then the nice, pleasant, and polite asked a question and I figured out I wasn't. Easily the best experience I have ever had, going through any drive through, and that was due to the young man working the window! I just want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! The food is always good but Austin is what will bring me back sooner rather than later! He was AMAZING. I asked how long he had worked here and was surprised to learn today was his 4th day. Please to all you can to make sure you keep this amazing employee.

Always an excellent meal here and the staff is friendly. A little pricey but that's the economy now, but I can justify it because the sandwiches are outstanding!

Ordered a small hook and ladder and soup from the drive through. It took extra long to get my order. I get it home and I have no meat at all on the sandwich, just lettuce tomato and mayo. This shop has gone down hill. I work near by and used to eat there all the time. I was told I could drive all the way back and they would remake it. They sure don’t value the customer there anymore. Won’t be eating at this firehouse anymore.

Excellent sandwich, as I expect from Firehouse. A little heavy on the mayo though. Great and fresh tasting sandwich.
