Firehouse Subs Show Low

Went twice in the last two days. First experience, hungry and tired fresh off a 6 hour drive and our food was good. Service was prompt, however the staff was unprofessional to the point of distraction and discomfort discussing personal issues, receiving loud visits from off duty staff with loud personal relationship announcements, and… other concerns. Second visit, food was thoughtlessly prepared, orders were incorrect, staff misconduct and drama was even more apparent, with inappropriate sidebars, poor appearance and hygiene, with one staff member rushing in and out of the building in tears the whole meal and leaving coworkers confused as to where she went. Order was corrected for one sandwich, I just gave up and ate what I was served. Clearly these people had bigger issues to address than the job they were clocked in at. Husbands replacement sandwich was corrected but looked like it was assembled with a slingshot. Very uncomfortable and distracted completely from enjoying our meal.

I came in for a sub. There were 2 orders ahead of mine. 25 minutes later I was told it would be another 5 minutes for mine.

Disappointed. This was our first time to try this restaurant. We had seen the adds for the cheesesteak sub. Looks awesome on TV, right? What we got was a soggy bun (not toasted) with a small amount of meat and onions. Could not detect cheese. No peppers. We will not be back. Honestly Subway's cheesesteak is better. $17. What a rip off!

Also no one else in the place but good on the floor and bathrooms were dirty.

FINGERPRINTS not glove prints & the wait was 30+ minutes for just 2 cars!! The sandwich was cold & thrown together sloppy! On top of the, the guy who handed me my drinks just aggressively handed me my drink which caused the top to fall off & made a mess in my car! I will not be back.

We waited in the drive through behind someone for about 5 minutes, then we waited for 2-3 minutes and no one ever helped us. We got up to the window and the car in front just drove off and went to park to go in. We waited a few minutes and finally some young kid showed up and said oh, I didn't know anyone was here. Then we tried 2 or 3 times to give him our order and he wasn't comprehending. Don't know what he was distracted from inside. Never apologized and wasn't really nice or helpful.

Food is pretty good now the service is horrible the lady that works up front at the cashier she is so rude and its not just one time its every time I go there which makes me not go there anymore

Horrible experience. We waited 45 minutes on the drive thru and never got our food. We finally went in and asked for a refund. They never checked on us in the drive thru. Not even once to apologize or let us know what was happening. No excuses I don't care how busy you are!

I love the chili. That’s the reason I go there chili is amazing. I get a small cup of that because I can’t eat much and a couple of bites. I’m done. I can usually make two or three meals of it and I love it.

Vegetarian options: I saw a small area for vegan, but I can’t elaborate on how much and how wide this election
