I was denied purchasing food today because they refused to accept any cash. The manager Christopher Stradley literally would not let me even pay with my credit card. The cashier had taken my Visa gift card which paid 22 dollars of the purchase and when I tried to pay the difference of 14.16 in cash they said they couldn't make change so my granddaughter went out to get the 16 cents from the car. I gave him 20.16 in cash and he left to get the manager who then came over saying no one had gone to the bank so there was no cash to accept any kind of cash. Christopher went so far as to refuse me service even tho I said I would pay the difference with my credit card. They were very rude. I will never eat at a Firehouse Sub anywhere and unfortunate for you I'm a paralegal for a criminal attorney. After looking up your area 8RS 44-7952 that accepting cash cannot be denied for purchases under 100.00 dollars. Prepare to be sued. My 22 dollars that was charged to my visa gift card was never returned so your establishment actually stole 22 dollars from me. I also have video of how rude Mr Christopher was. My son-in-law is a police officer..... We have great respect for police and fire men. What you establishment did today was total disrespect to all men in uniform. This story will be spread far and wide with video.

Wow, Firehouse Subs in Showlow did not go the distance to make things right. Manager would not talk to me but relayed a message through the young man that answered the phone.
Last night I ordered a large French dip. $20 and some change. Got home to eat it and it was terrible with only 2 bites in. Tried to get some teenagers to eat it but they said it smelled weird. So I put it in frig for my grandson to eat on Saturday. Called Firehouse Subs to ask if I brought it back if they would make me something else. They said no. Such a waste of $20 bucks. Had I been in a restaurant they certainly would have taken care of me. Ugh...🤔🥺
Was offered 50-% on website when ordering off the web, but didn't happen. Asked manager and he stated it's our 3-rd party people and we don't control that. Manager comped me 2-large drinks and two bags of chips, so overall happy. Will return again.

Way, way, way overpriced. $15 for a medium sub combo (chips and drink). 5 little meatballs, half the size they used to be, and hard to swallow the price for this little slider sub. Price gouging apparently at it’s finest. Buyer beware - you’re paying twice as much for a sandwich that is half the size it used to be. Good sandwich, but I wont be back.

This Firehouse Subs is always understaffed, slow, and unfriendly. I’ve placed online orders here that tell me to pick up at a certain time and my orders are never ready - I’m talking a 10-20 minute additional wait time. What’s the point of placing an online order if you still have to wait 20 minutes in the store to pick it up? This is unacceptable. Even in person and drive thru wait times are astronomical. If they can’t keep up with the demand of online and in person ordering they should reconsider how they do business.

They do a really good job of giving the wrong food. In the past we have both been given the wrong food.
