Worst service in the world orders are never right very slow not clean. Employees are so lazy or uncaring that they don’t even turn the light on on the menu board at night. If you’re starving to death, eat your arm and not at this place.

I gave 1 star for everything because the store was overcrowded, understaffed and our carefully explained order was completely wrong. From the drive through.
The store was also a mess. (We had to go back inside due to the incorrect order)
We were stuck in the drive through for 30+ minutes.
***so, I do have an update to this extremely negative review...my friend and I went through the recently and everything was great. It was quick and correct. They did not appear to be having any issues. I know things can happen from time to time. That (my earlier review) was just not a good day. This next time it was perfect. A reminder that sometimes we just have to be patient. Step back. Follow up. Learn. Everyone has bad days.

My roommate has trouble with buying ice cream. The milkshakes at Jack in The box are thick as ice cream and do not cause her any allergy upsets. One day we ordered two milkshakes for each of us as we live in lakeside and put the seconds in the freezer. They came up short on our order with nearly four milkshake and they apologized and only charged us for three. They could have easily got away with charging us for 4 but Apologized and only charge for three. Huge Plus for good customer service.

If you take the breakfast croissant with extra cheese and put jalapeno poppers on it, it's amazing!

Took 30 minutes to order inside as only 3 staff to cover counter & drive through. I don't fault the workers for being short staffed, just sucks for them to be so busy without much help.

Drive thru workers apparently decide how early they close went thru drive thru at 9:40pm clearly states 10pm as closing time on website and front door drive thru employees were very rude and refused service

Elliot brought us our food and made sure everything was good. It wasn't, it was perfect. The UBCB is my tride and true; and somehow you all made it taste like it came from Gordon Ramsey himself. Whatever you are all doing over there KEEP IT UP I LOVE YOU ❤️❤️❤️
