Elliot brought us our food and made sure everything was good. It wasn't, it was perfect. The UBCB is my tride and true; and somehow you all made it taste like it came from Gordon Ramsey himself. Whatever you are all doing over there KEEP IT UP I LOVE YOU ❤️❤️❤️

Says they’re open until 10 on Google, it’s currently 9:30 and all of their lights are off (lobby lights too) (including the Jack sign) except the menu board? From the road it looks like you guys are closed. I saw two cars pull around the building and drive off.

This was second time, ever, at Jack in the Box. No complaints about this experience or store. The food was amazing & the staff was prompt. My only complaint is that ordering thru the app, I couldn't add salad dressing or extra chicken. Can't wait for my next visit and to try something new from the menu!

I always love their chicken fajita but this time the chicken looked like canned chicken and it had no favor, there was a huge piece of white lettuce sticking out with not much else definitely not worth the $11. I contacting the store by email but never got a response back.

UPDATE 12/28/2024 @2:49pm I just get back from giving Jack in the box another chance. My mom's chicken pita is hard as rock probly sat for hours definitely was not made fresh you can barely even bite into the damn thing. We're throwing it out money down the drain here are photos from our again expirance maybe health department should check you guys.

We ordered two meals. Large French fries for one meal was not in the bag. We turned around and received the large fries. Got home sat down to eat and the state of the French fries were very disappointing. Burnt food particles all over the French fries. The employees and resturant should be embarrassed to serve food that looked so unapplealing. Clean your fryer!
