Rose was very professional so was the younger gal at the window, excellent service. mark not so much Was telling me The bucket deal on my receipt was not valid, though it was still on my receipt on paper, in the app and was over the minimum for it. So they hadn't even given it to me or informed me to cancel it before I picked it up. Though it is pretty much everywhere that KFC is giving the free buckets today 7/18/25 he was Saying that it is through the app company and he didn't participate and to call someone with them About my complaints and basically said he couldn't refundme. But thankfully his team is very professional and took care of it. I hope you guys get a better manager

Ordered the Wednesday special. After 5-7 minutes in line(couldn't find it on the kiosk) it took 38 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. The steak is so bad my dog wouldn't eat it.

Placed an order thru drive thru for Chicken only...was told by Ashley, a Manager, a different amount (substantially higher) than I have been charged many times before. She basically screamed at me, I asked for a Mgr...she said she is a Mgr.?..I pushed the issue and Mark the General Mgr., who was also rude ended up charging the amount I told her I was always charged! Angry, unprofessional people ?
