If I could give less than one star I would. They forgot to put my chicken in my bag that was ordered online when I called back to come pick it up I was told I cam only contacts online service to get my money back. I dont want my money I want the chicken you forgot to put into my bag at your location 5 minutes ago . Now to not get dinner and have to wait for a refund this is ridiculous

Everytime I come to this location: SOMETHING is wrong.
One time I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and got fries...returned the fries and asked for the potatoes after waiting 10 minutes in line...while the rest of my food got cold.
Another time the dipping sauce was wrong...another 10 minutes of waiting.
THIS TIME I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and husband ordered a large mashed potatoes with no gravy.
I literally had to argue with the lady at the register about what I had ordered on the computer and she argued that my husband didn't order me gravy. Well, I ORDERED MY STUFF FROM THE KIOSK AND MY HUSBAND ORDERED HIS.
He is Jewish and cannot eat the gravy because it has gelatin. I have no food restrictions.
She still decided to argue.
This is not a difficult fix! Its an eighth of a cup of gravy for Angels Sake!!!
Absolutely POSITIVELY ridiculous to argue. Its about 2 cents worth of gravy...and less than 30 seconds worth of work to ladle some gravy. Her arguing with me wasted more time than KFC saved.

mark not so much Was telling me The bucket deal on my receipt was not valid, though it was still on my receipt on paper, in the app and was over the minimum for it. So they hadn't even given it to me or informed me to cancel it before I picked it up. Though it is pretty much everywhere that KFC is giving the free buckets today 7/18/25 he was Saying that it is through the app company and he didn't participate and to call someone with them About my complaints and basically said he couldn't refundme. But thankfully his team is very professional and took care of it. I hope you guys get a better manager

Ordered the Wednesday special. After 5-7 minutes in line(couldn't find it on the kiosk) it took 38 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. The steak is so bad my dog wouldn't eat it.
