Went in this afternoon and there was only one couple in front of me but the guy at the counter was having issues with his computer and asked for some help. The shift lead “Matt” came over to bark orders and then while a line grew behind me the guy trying to fix the computer was stiiill trying by himself to fix it while the line got bigger. But I’m a patient person… I’m no stranger to customer service or the food industry, I’ve managed 3 restaurants/bars on this mountain. Matt goes to the back to hang out with the prep side while simultaneously telling the guy upfront not to have long conversations with his customers… In front of literally everybody… Completely unprofessional. Everyone else seemed to be doing a great job or at least trying to… But I had enough of watching him create this unstable work environment. When I pointed out exactly how he was affecting his staff and his customers, he told me I was not allowed back again. Another time that I went in, this guy Matt continued to call me pet names like “hun, sweetie” literally every sentence ending with a pet name. He is creepy, unprofessional, and should be fired immediately.

On May 2, 2025, I purchased three pizzas.the cost was $26.71. They charged my account 3 times for a total cost of
$80.13.
I took my bank statement in to the store in Pine-top Az. showed it to the in store general manager. .
He went to the cash register took about 10 minutes looking for my wife’s name as well as mine, he could not find the order, even though he had my bank statement right in front of him. Showing the date the amount the Location and that it was charged 3 times.
The in store general manager didn’t care and had no idea how to handle the situation. His lack of training and how to handle this. So he called his manager who said to take my name and number and the owner would deal with it.
I told him I had paid for the pizzas 3 times and he needed to give me back my $53.42. He said he would not and rudely ask me to leave his store.
While there a lady said the same thing happened to her and they did nothing to help her resolve the issue. She had to file a dispute with her bank..
I would not go back there until the staff is trained and the in store general manager is trained how to better manage computers, customers.and situations like this, he got frustrated because of his lack of knowledge or IQ.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location, but they took care of it for me so I didn't have to drive 20 min to the other restaurant. Mathew was super helpful and friendly about the situation.

It's the best inexpensive pizza.

My kids love this pizza. The app makes order & pickup easy since "hot & ready" seems to either not work or is an idea lost on the employees of the organization. I would never expect it to always be hot and ready, so five stars.
