1 star rating because they always mess up the coffee order with espresso. One day there's espresso in it and a different day there's no espresso when we ask for that espresso and we'd have to turn around and get that espresso for the coffee sometimes we'd have to pay for it again. It's so annoying, so that's why we just go to Starbucks and onlyget breakfast here..

Literally the worst McDonald I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. ALWAYS COLD FOOD. Everything is stale old and cold so sick of this location. The quarter pounder patty is so small it looks half the size it used to be they throw everything together with no care. The big Mac’s are total garbage over sauced and breakfast is a joke too I had a buddy choke on a gross chewy McMuffin. Prices are through the roof and shrinkflation is strong with McDonald’s in general. Frankly for the money you will do better for your money visiting local burger joints for better quality I mean at over $15 for two big Mack’s and that doesn’t include fries or drink. Fries are another $5 here. I am 100% done with McDonalds at this point.

Easter Sunday I ordered the big Mac box 2 Big Mac's 2 orders of chicken mc nuggets to be delivered by door dash the patties on the big Mac's was what looked like pieces of patties also they were kinda of crispy like they might have sat under that heat light to long I've eaten plenty of Big Mac's in my life and these 2 Big Mac's were the worst ive ever had needless to say we really didn't eat them I'll be doing Wendy's from now on. Hopefully I'll can get a refund for this terrible meal.

After pulling up to the drive thru, I was told to wait a minute. After waiting 5 minutes and yelling at the speaker, I pulled up to the window to give my order. They told me the microphone was never triggered, to which I told her I talked to someone. With a little attitude they asked my order. I got my order but they forgot to give me my drinks. Tuesday March 19 2024 apx. 2pm

This is not the first time me and my mom has had a problem in the show low mcdonald's The mcdonald's in show low has some very rude employees and shift managers and at times we have not received all of our food and at one time did not receive all of my monet back from paying for our meal the shift manager that I had spoken with would not give me my change back and also foes not give recites back unless you ask for it.
