The lack of communication that this is a CARD ONLY establishment. There should be signs posted before you even pull in.
They wait until your drink is half made to say oh we can’t accept that $20 bill that’s been in your hand since you pulled up. Refusing cash is bad business practice!

Went in around 430pm on Saturday and were closed.

For a 20oz drink containing more ice and whip cream than coffee to be over $9 and it be burnt I wish I would’ve drove the extra few minutes to get Starbucks at least I’d have only paid under $5 for my large 24oz coffee

My girlfriend and I have visited four or five times over the past year and each time we have experienced the literal definition of mediocre.

The drinks aren’t terrible but they aren’t great, and if the service wasn’t the same the drink quality might improve but every time we talk to somebody, they always refuse to make eye contact and act like they had just been interrupted.

The tipping part of our “interaction” wouldn’t be so awkward if they tried to socialize, create conversation, or present themselves in a personable fashion (which should be standard for a coffee shop, right? Or at least the customer service industry?).

We’ve seen enough. We’ve given enough of our money to the establishment and will be experimenting with the Starbucks’ menu and some of the local, friendlier options in the area—like AZ Mountain Coffee Co.

TLDR; The drinks would be best-in-class if they were half the price.

If you're not part of the woke culture and don't support left leaning political agendas be comfortable knowing that going to mudslingers is not supporting any of those. They are friendly knowledgeable fast.Just an all around awesome place.And compared to that national coffee chain down the road, they are extremely reasonable.

Coffee America I only no drip coffee. No acceptance of cash. Had to wait in line for a while. Hard to get there. Weird location.
Fairly Friendly service though lots of excuses. Won't be returning here.

Came to get a coffee and a snack for my daughter. Service was very underwhelming and very short. The Large Iced coffee was really a extra small after the amount of ice and sweetcream. If you're going to charge for coffee at least make it taste like coffee. And for the nanas strawberry cup, it was filled only half way. Wasn't worth the $13

The coffee and teas are awesome. But thereal GEMS are the people who work here. They've gone above and beyond. Managers and employees are AMAZING! I can't recommend this place enough. ❤️

Always such great service! I always ask them to get me something new that they would recommend and everything they have ever made me has been fantastic! My 11 year old loves it too!
