Made us all feel sick
Cleanliness is not their strong point. Saw the cook in the back drop a large rice serving bowl on the ground, it rolled around on the floor thej was picked up filled with rice and placed on the serving line. So I advised the ladies on the line what the cook did and that there was no way I'd eat that. Our entire service experience changed, they became very short and snippy, ignoring requests, etc. Only reason I stayed was because my MIL really, really wanted it. Sooo, forgo the fried rice. Get to the end of the line to pay and they go to place our food on a tray and it is covered in someone else's food, stuck on rice and spilled sauce. They actually turned the tray over to dump it on the floor, then when that didn't work they blew the stuck on rice off. Never mind, I'll carry my food without a tray. The tables in lobby hadn't been wiped down at all, did this ourselves. Go and open the food container and my MIL was missing an entire entree. Fast forward by 10 hours and I have the most horrible acid stomach and can't stay out of the bathroom. Be a very, very long time before we venture in this place again, IF ever!!!!

I have gone to this one lots.. hoping they will at some time train and hire more people!!! But the last 2 years every time, long waits!! Food is not good at all.. and the give you small small amounts because they can't keep up!! Every time I got to phx I eat at Panda cuz it's the only time I can get what I paid for...with there high prices!!

I've never had an issue with the actual employees, they tend to be friendly and hard working.
It's a management issue.
What's the point of placing an online order ahead of time if it takes longer than just walking in?
I placed an online order and shortly after received a message saying it was ready.
I walked in and the friendly gentleman said he'll get it together for me.
2 groups of multiple people that came in after me, walked along, got their food, and paid before my order was up.
It's pretty clear management is more focused on their corporate numbers than the actual guest experience.
It would be different if for instance they didn't send me a text saying it was already ready. Or if it was really busy, but it wasn't. Or if the guy had said sorry for the wait.
Which means they are either oblivious to the problem, or are just brushing it under the rug.

This location is a trainwreck. I will never try to eat here again until new management takes over. The wait is guaranteed half an hour. I waited behind one (1) family, that is it, for 20 minutes before it was my turn because they take so long. Then it was my turn to order and there was a platter full of teriyaki chicken and I ordered it then 5 minutes later (thats how long it took for them to get to me after i ordered) they told me the chicken was sold to an online order and asked if i wanted something else. NO, I DONT. They need a screen that shows how many orders are ahead of you including online, drive through, catered ANYTHING. Because this was my second (and last) time trying this location and both times I had the same result. Prioritizing anyone other than the people who bothered to park their cars and walk in to eat. This place is a MESS, the management is a joke, and this location will never receive my money.

Can the service get any slower?? Stood in line for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me while the 3 members of staff filled online orders and talked but kept looking at the line growing out the door behind me. It wasn't even busy and there was no one in the drive through.

Sat in drive thru 27 minutes after placing the order. Received a ten percent discount for the long wait. Got home with my grandsons food and guess what, wrong order,, no drink WHICH I PAID FOR. NEVER AGAIN. cry about losing your job, maybe of you did your job you might be able to keep a job. Lazy people don't deserve a paycheck

You turn me away, let's say they're closed. You're so busy to wanted to get back home. Then in the hours of service by nine thirty

This is by far the worst panda express I've ever been to. The drive thru usually always takes atleast 30 mins if not longer to get thru. The food is bad and employees don't care.

A kid With The Flu was next to the Food and got my entire family sick with The Flu. This place sucks.
