Two reasons why this Panda is getting a poor review. 1. I waited for fresh Teriyaki chicken and it was not cooked all the way through. The food usually isn't well. 2. Tyler is very kind and great at his job and sadly I overheard the manager telling him he was going to go scrape gum outside if he didn't improve on something, in front of customers. She should have pulled him from the line and properly coached him, and showed him how to improve. What she did was rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional.If her manager or the owner sees this, she needs to be coached on how to communicate with her team to create a positive work environment, which would also lead into improved service and better food.Tyler, if you see this, you are doing an awesome job and you didn't deserve how she treated you today. Keep it up!

Their whole coupon thing is a joke. They give like 1 day to use them and in fine print they indicate date. Almost like they sat in the conference room and said... Let's make it small so people end up going and then we'll have staff say it's expired by 20 minutes. No other company would do that. Management gives authority to staff to take it for most places. 30.00 for two person fast food is taking advantage of "inflation". Shame on corporate America doing this. Will be eating somewhere else and block all offers and delete app....trickery at it's worst.

The service here is always horrible. They are sloppy, rude, and just lazy. Always out of stock of items or have to wait for them to have some more cooked. Time for a new staff or manager because it’s been like this for quite some time now. Sucks this is the only panda in show low.

Always slower than mud. Ordered on the app hoping to have a better result. The order was supposed to be ready at 450pm. Drive thru asked us to park 520pm I went in and had to ask again how much longer. 545pm ate cold ramen and teriyaki chicken in the Walmart parking lot. Once again swearing not to go back to that

There was a red squiggly hair in our fried rice. Obviously we didn't finish our meal. Everyone in my family has black hair. It made my stomach turn.The wait is always long here also.

TBH, Customer Service needs work. Your service depends on how THEY are feeling that day. I get we're all human but if you're burnt out then try something new and let someone else give it a shot that'll represent Panda Express in a more professional and friendly manner.Other than that, food is still tasty.
