Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza is great. I am saddened that this was the label on the pizza my mom ordered for me. My mom is one of the most beautiful and kind people, but she is certainly not from California! This was very unprofessional.

I had to call in for almost 30 minutes to get someone in the actual store. Because Papa Johns call center is from places outside of the USA and they always mess up my orders not mention my bank account has been frauded after ordering through their companies call centers. And even through the actual store my order was wrong. Just one thing we ordered hot wings with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese and got plain wings with ranch. Not to mention I'm allergic to gluten and our small pizza (because that's the only size you can get in gluten free) had puffed up crust and Was Not Gluten Free. As soon as I bit into it I knew it was Not GF. Ridiculous!

Consistently burned and inconsistent cross thickness. I don't know how in the world they cannot get a simple pizza made correctly.

I don't support door dash because they are a predatory business sucking life from restaurant workers. If you order from the Papa Johns app, they won't tell you that the delivery may be coming by door dash and not by an employee of
the restaurant. There are times of the day when doordash will be doing the delivery but you won't know that until after the order is put in. This is a problem of corporate putting their franchises in a bad situation by not allowing them to edit that information properly. Unfortunately I won't be able to order here again.

We order pizza typically once a week if not every other week and the last four to five times the pizza has been burned and terrible quality. I brought it up to him twice and they just say that it's because people here like their pizza burns so that's why they do it that way. Direct quote.

I just spent $24 for one Shaq pizza and it was doughy and smashed. The sauce i paid extra for was spilled across the top of the box and it looked nothing like the last Shaq pizza I ordered. I tried to call and ask if there was an error but it's an automated machine. They sent a door dasher even though I ordered directly from their site and the dasher got lost so it took an additional 20 minutes to drop of the food from the original delivery time.

No local store will answer your call. It's an ai phone system that eventually directs you to a call center in Pakistan or India. I will not support any company that ingages in these practices. I can't even order a pizza online & pay in the store. Spend your money somewhere else. If we put up with this from these companies, we will wake up in a dystopia! Hire real people! Outsourcing to foreign call centers, and using ai for a pizza store? Come on Papa Johns! Banned for life!!!

They do not accept cash after 8:30, this is the second time they canceled my order for 2 different reasons.

It has been about 5 months since I have had their pizza. But something is definitely different about their dough/crust. It tasted very flat, not the soft fluffy dough that I am accustomed to. Unless I hear they are bringing the old recipe back, I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered home delivery and I was pleasantly surprised how professional and courteous the driver was!! The pizza and wings were amazing as well!! I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant in the future!!

Received an incorrect order. However, the Papa Johs automated service doesn't allow for changes, and the store quit taking calls.
