I have had it with The Pizza Factory. They screw up orders on a regular basis. The staff is rude on a regular basis. Go somewhere else. Merry Christmas!

Your sandwiches used to be good, in particular, the Italian sub but now it's like a piece of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and more bread than anything. Step up or it'll cost you in the long run.
