I have had it with The Pizza Factory. They screw up orders on a regular basis. The staff is rude on a regular basis. Go somewhere else. Merry Christmas!

Your sandwiches used to be good, in particular, the Italian sub but now it's like a piece of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and more bread than anything. Step up or it'll cost you in the long run.

Have been here a many times no issues. Always ask for a veggie pizza or a cheese pizza that is on its own pan, no meat. I am allergic to most meat. Never had an issue in the past. Cashier lady was so rude to tell me they don't do requests for the buffet. Could have been nice and say sorry, can't do that. Proceeded to tell me cheese never touches meat pizza 3 times. Yet on the buffet was a pepperoni and a cheese, cooked together. Have been going here for years, no one has ever had an issue making a full veggie pizza or just a plain full cheese, then the way she said it, so rude.
Visiting ShowLow for honeys 32nd bday and seen amazing reviews of this place. We ordered a large meat lover , medium pepperoni and garlic bread… everything was DELICIOUS! would definitely recommend and order again! Thank you

We have used these guys multiple times but this past Sunday 8/4/24 we got in and decided we wanted to order pizza wings and a Salad.. we called about 7:45 pm and nobody would answer the phone..I called 4 times and no answer. The service there stinks if they aren't going to honor the times they have advertised ..if you close at 8pm, They should honor that and take orders till that time. Seems like they stop answering the phone 30 minutes before they close to avoid anyone from ordering... not to mention. They are not reasonably priced !...disappointed with this Location!

The pizza was very good and we really like the garlic twisted breadsticks. It would have been a 5 on the food but the pizza sauce was not my favorite.
