Sonic does have good food, I’m especially a fan of the smash burger. However the Sonic in Show Low is dog water. Expect the food you receive to be nothing close to your order. Do you want condiments? Too bad, you’ll never see them because they never put them in the bag. This place is consistently terrible. It’s too bad because the food can be good, it’s just the people running it who don’t pay attention to the order and mess up everything every time.

Four stars because their shakes are excellent and pretty much the only reason I go there because the food is not as fresh and hot as it should be. I get tots every time, and only once were they hot and crispy. It’s not bad it’s just like it could be so much better. This is the only location I’ve ever gotten food at so maybe that’s just how it is.

everything was good the only thing was I asked for light ice in my large drink and they filled my cup 3/4 of the way full with ice I got maybe a good couple of sips in before I had just ice left in the couple was just a little disappointed other then that everything else was okay

Sonic should be Sonic no matter which one you go to. With that being said, this Sonic does an excellent job. Food is always hot and fresh and the bellhops are always friendly. Sometimes it takes a little while to receive my food but I'm able to wait comfortably in my car. The new smashburgers are amazing. Sonic is my favorite go-to fast food restaurant for a good burger.

Sat in drive through fo 15 minutes and no one took our order. We pulled up to the window and young lady was very confused and still did not take an order. We left and went to McDonalds.
