Don't try to put in bigger orders here. I put in an order three days ago for an event and they decided an hour before the delivery was supposed to happen that they couldn't be bothered to fulfill it and they canceled it.

It's a Subway. Expect good subway type food. The food here seemed fairly fresh, but I opted to not get tomatoes. The staff was professional and friendly.

Came in to get a sandwich from Ross. I had to correct him 3 times to put the right stuff on my sandwich. Tried putting turkey on a black forest ham. Then kept putting the wing veggies and then when he closed my sandwich I noticed he even used the wrong bread. At that point it was pointless to point out he obviously wasn't listening. Will not be returning.

I placed it online order for the $6.99 sub of the day meal. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. When he was picking up my order, he asked if I was supposed to get a drink and the male employee that was working told him no. My boyfriend came back with my sub and 2 cookies but no drink. I called the store and had to argue with the female employee that I was entitled to a drink. She finally said I could come pick it up. I went ahead and started eating the saltiest sandwich I have ever bit into in my life. Honestly, not sure.What happened there?This Subway is typically very good.I ate there 4 days ago and had 0 issues.I also went in, so maybe that was the difference. This is the first time I have ever ordered online. I ate one cookie and didn't think anything of it because I had bought the other cookie to give to my son and when I looked in the bag it looked as though there was a bite taken out of the cookie. maybe it was just broken but i'm not going to take that chance. Overall a horrible online ordering experience and I will not order online from subway again. I want to emphasize that they are typically really good and really professional and really nice when you go into the store but I guess when you're not there to watch them make the food there are no rules to the service.

Manager counting money said Welcome, kept counting. A few minutes later called someone to help. Employee made sandwich except lettuce, tomatoes etc. Mgr kept counting employee waited on another customer. Mgr still counting. Empower asked to finish sandwich. Mgr said “they can wait” I walked out saying “Now you’ve got less money to count and 1 less customer. Went to Arby’s. Won’t return to that subway again.

Had my husband pick us up a couple sandwiches all seemed great till I bit into my sandwich only to find a big piece of plastic from their gloves. I went in for answers and a remake and they made it seem like it happens a lot or that it wasn’t a big deal. I asked if they knew if it was used or if the person who used it washed their hands before using it. No answers the male shrugged his shoulders. I also asked if it happened a lot since they didn’t seem to care much. The male then shrugged again and rolled his eyes and offered me a remake at a “discounted price”. I said no absolutely not I want a remake for free. I’m not paying for those prices for you to leave your nasty used gloves in my food. Plus we always throw a good amount in the tip jar for them. This was a terrible experience and I hope the manager fixes this.

On 5/6 I placed an online pickup order. It was for 2 subs and a pretzel. I was at work and my husband picked it up. I got home later that evening and asked my husband where the pretzel was. He didn't know there was one and it wasn't in the bag. He called the subway at 8:28 and told them about the pretzel. He said he could come in and grab it and they agreed. They are open until 9. My husband then left the house and drove all the way to subway and when he got there at 8:45pm they told them they shut the ovens off. They knew he was coming? They gave him a refund. My husband text me the situation and I called the store because I was honestly in shock they could be so rude to waste time like that. They could have just said they're going to close early and we would have went the next day. I asked the worker why he did that and he replied, "We waited an hour." I was at this point, super upset. Not only did you waste our time, gas, etc but now you're going to bold face lie to me. I was standing right next to my husband when he made the call. He then said, "With all do respect, we gave him a refund." I told him I was upset that he wasted our time and now lied to me. I then asked when the next manager was in and who I could call. He said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. I hope you have a delightful reset of your evening." And proceeded to hang up on me. I get it. I was a shift lead for subway for two years, customers can be difficult. I deal with even more difficult people daily. They could have premade the pretzel and THEN shut the ovens off? He confirmed he was coming but lying to me on top of it all was so blatantly disrespectful. I really hope to have some kind of conclusion to this ordeal because it was just very out of line.
