I just ordered on the app and I’m mad because they didn’t toast my sandwich why don’t they read the whole order that’s upsetting

Please inform your employees to keep politics out of making my food. I told the guy he probably shouldn't try to speak politics because we clearly disagree. He proceeded to tell me, we can talk politics nicely....then tried to shove his thoughts at me...when I disagreed he was visibly upset and wringing his hands. Obviously he can only talk politics with people who agree with him. 🙄🙄🙄 I didn't stop at Subway to hear him talk to me about anything and definitely not how much he hates Trump...I stopped to get a sandwich.

I went to this location on Sunday and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and the employee inside yells out we close at 6:00pm, winter hours. I responded that it was 5:30pm and was ignored. Not the first time this has happened to me. Beware their hours of operation seem to be random without explanation.

The staff is awesome and I have never had a compliant with them they are way better than the subway in Taylor

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but let me tell you the drastic change it was. We were greeted upon entry with a smile. The location was very clean and welcoming. David made our sandwiches to perfection! Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will surely be back!

My sandwich had the wrong cheese which was gross and they charged me for the smashed avocado when it didn’t have any. Sucks when you pay for something that you didn’t want or didn’t get. ??

The staff here are always kind, anytime the manager is working, he never fails to greet you & everyone else that comes in with a smile. The food comes out good each time too!

Food was alright, but I noticed when I made my order a meal with the drink. I went to get my drink and their fountain sodas are disgusting. Flat and watery, how are you guys allowed to sell beverages to anyone with your machine having issues? Someone better put in a work order to Coke. Ridiculous.

Worst experience ever at a subway.
First of all they didn’t have the sub combos on there menu like any other subway is required to have
Second of all when I asked for a number #33 terriyaki blitz no one knew what I was talking about
So they grabbed the manager
She stated “she knew what it was” so let me just add the manager made this sub… are you kidding me?
It was missing key ingredients for the #33 as well
By the time I got home my sanehich was in pieces (I had to hold the bread on the sandwich cuz it was so soggy) the bread looked as if it was soaked in water and the sauce was leaking thru the package before I opened it.
THE MANAGER made this sub. Should tell you a lot about this place.:)

The lunch time crew is great, fast and efficient. The evening crew not so much. I had a mobile order that said it was ready and I went in to pick it up only they hadn’t even started it yet. I waited 20 minutes (it wasn’t even busy) and the sandwiches came out hard as a rock.

Went on a Sunday at 11:11 am, doors were locked.called & they unlocked them. Presented a bogo coupon & after they made our subs they said one of the subs did not qualify for bogo!! No tomatoes, lettuce was brown. All in all everything looked sad!! Vegetables were dried out & so was the meat & cheese!! Very disappointed!!
