I was inline waiting for food, and was waiting 30 mins, trying to be patient.. soon the lady in the back and her boss I think got into a disagreement the lady threw a tortilla to the floor and they both were yelling at each other and one walked away clocked out and left so at that point because they were behind. I just left

I use to love this love this place but recently not so much. I took my boyfriend here as it's his first time but we don't go out anymore because of this. The food was cold by the time we got home and I live 5 mins away. Yes I can hear it up but that's not the point. He didn't get what he wanted because again they messed up the order and the drink we got we were unsatisfied mine want full and his was a different soda flavor. As for all of that I get it, if you are understaffed or having a bad day but the customers come first no? Or did fast food just stop carrying about how their attitude is towards people? Taco Bell in Lakeside does a better job but I should have to drive all that way to be able to enjoy food. Treat people good you want to be treated. Hopefully if we do ever come back things will be better.

So haply to see theyvserved taco bell 🔔 breakfast. In Holbrook they deny selling breakfast which sucks. It's my favorite place for breakfast.

Went through the drive thru for lunch around noon. The order for the vehicle in front of me was taking a little longer than I’m used to. When it was finally my turn, the window attendant was pleasant, but I could hear the chaos going on inside of the store. An older woman, I’m guessing the manager, was barking orders at everyone. I get it. Lunch rushes get crazy. However, I’m glad I didn’t go inside to eat because this woman was stressing me out. I can’t imagine working there. Downright hostile. She ended up being the one who handed me my food. Thin. Brown hair. Extremely loud. Good chalupas, though.
