Twisted Sugar Show Low

Twisted sugar is a great small soda shop that offers different kinds of sodas with flavor add-ins. My family and I love to go here, even though it's a bit out of the way. I worry about the business, because the shops around that spot are closing. But they do serve some great drinks. I usually get something with mountain dew. There's so many options to choose from. You can go with something reliable, or something new. There's also cookies, but I haven't tried any yet.

It was our first time at this location and unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. I tried to find contact information for the owner before leaving a review but was unable to find any for this location.
We ordered 2 drinks and 3 cookies. They brought out 2 drinks and 2 cookies, no big deal, I told the girl we also had a shark cookie. She goes to the back and the girl who took my order came up to the register with a receipt and a coworker following her. She says, "she didn't order that and I'm gonna make sure......pisses me off."
I'm standing five feet from the register and am hoping they're talking about the lady that had been in front of me who said she didn't get all her drinks and then came back in saying she also didn't get all of her cookies (even though they don't need to be semi whispering and getting pissed off with any customers around). The cashier girl looks up at me and says, "You didn't order that."
I mean, I did, but I can order it again if it didn't make it on the original order. She said nothing after that except the total. Brought the cookie out and still said nothing. My kids had wanted to eat there, but at that point we left, there was just a little more attitude there then was necessary for the situation.

Server could be a little more friendly. She wasn't rude or anything, just kinda stoic. Delicious cookies! Frosted Sugar doodles are the best.

My boyfriend comes at least twice a week because the cookies are sooo freaking good, tonight was the first time I went into the store and Peyton & Kailee (probably spelled that wrong) made it a great experience. Very friendly, professional and overall what you look for when it comes to great customer service! Thanks girls for the cookies and the good vibes!

The ladies at this shop are so sweet and so kind and the food is amazing! I love a gluten-free banana cream cookie! However, what's most important, is I am a doordasher and they are always ready with the order when you walk in the door.

The store in Pleasant View needs to be retrained. I was in there on Saturday and two of the three girls had very long, loose hair. One of them was frosting cookies and her hair was touching the cookies that she just frosted. Health Department alert! Ugh Thank goodness service was so slow that day that I saw it. 3 people for two customers - I left after waiting 10 minutes.

I was down in this neck of the woods for a week. I grabbed a soda and a cookie probably 4/7 days I was here. Delicious as always! I got the bombshell and loved it and each day I tried a new cookie.
