Incredible! What a great selection of treats! The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cookie is delicious, as are their various soda mixes. First time coming here, and I love it! I'll definitely come back, especially for a milkshake. Love this place for a great treat!

Gluten free cookies what a treat

I can’t stop thinking about these cookies. I’ve tried so many and loved them all. I don’t know why there isn’t a line out the door daily. (Better than persnikkities cookies🤫)

We stumbled across Twisted Sugar while in Pinetop hunting for something cool and sweet and ended up coming back two more times! The High Society drink totally hit the spot, and the cookies? Just the right amount of sweetness without going overboard. Everything felt freshly made, and the staff were super friendly. Prices are fair, the vibe is welcoming, and now we can’t wait for the next trip back. A hidden gem we’re glad we found!

I love the gluten free cookies. However, I am not impressed with the customer service. Workers are not friendly, have never welcomed me to the store, been there numerous times.
My recent trip in I ordered 6 pack of gluten free cookies, then named each cookie we wanted, and ordered 4 drinks. When we received our cookies my daughter looked at the label and it didn’t say GF like it normally does.
I went into the store and talked with the worker. Explained I ordered a 6 pack of gluten free cookies, then listed the cookies. “No you didn’t” was her response. I tried telling her that I wouldn’t have ordered regular cookies cuz we can’t have them. She shook her head “no” at me the me that gluten free is more expensive and then walked away.

Super delicious, super professional & friendly! So glad to have this place up here!:) they have a huge menu, but my favorite is probably the swizzle cookie! 💚

I found this place when I was pregnant and this place instantly became one of my favorite places, I brought my 1 year old in a few days ago and the service was great and the cookies are amazing. And we got to share some of my favorites together ❤️

Friendly service, excellent flavor options for sodas and milkshakes, and just an overall pleasant experience. Would happily recommend.

Awesome!! Love the cookies and energy drinks. I have not tried any of the coffee drinks yet. Service is very friendly and don't try to rush you on your order.

Twisted sugar is a great small soda shop that offers different kinds of sodas with flavor add-ins. My family and I love to go here, even though it's a bit out of the way. I worry about the business, because the shops around that spot are closing. But they do serve some great drinks. I usually get something with mountain dew. There's so many options to choose from. You can go with something reliable, or something new. There's also cookies, but I haven't tried any yet.
