Everything you need..

It's Walmart. You either Love it or hate it, but keep it in mind, here on the mountain it is where you're going to find everything you need. The prices are better than other stores and because it is so rural there are a lot of shoppers. We are also a 4 seasons area. We have camping and fishing all summer and winter. We have a ski resort as well as hunting year round. This area is a very popular vacation area, so Walmart does get busy.

Just my opinion don't shoot

The Show Low Walmart is the dirtiest store I’ve seen in a while .
Employees are very rude.

Not enough checkout staff. Next thing is they'll want us to restock the shelves when we're through.

I don't recommend using Walmart delivery. Again, please don't use Walmart... they deliver to the wrong place regularly... three times now... the latest three days ago... here's what happened: On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at about 5:15 pm, the Walmart delivery man, named Timothy, knocked on my slider door. He handed me a package that contained one part of my order, which was the Great Value Fresh Seal Slider Zipper Bags, Quart Storage, 50 Count.
Then he said, "Did you also have a vacuum cleaner with that order?" I replied, "yes." Then, he said, "Oh, I delivered that to the wrong house. I'll have to go get it. I'll go get it right now!" I replied sympathetically, "I'll bet you're tired." And, he answered, "No, but sometimes the Walmart labels... well, I'll go back to the house I delivered it to. I'll be right back."

Well, it's now 8:15 pm--three hours later--and Timothy has not returned with my vacuum. He did not come "right back." And, to top things off, I now see in my Walmart App, that "Timothy" has now incorrectly recorded that he delivered my entire order! So, I can't cancel it or get a refund... Walmart says I can return it, but how can I return something I never received. Can anyone relate... I will NOT order anything from Walmart again... just got scammed one too many times now! ?

Update: October 12, 2024: went to local Show Low Walmart and told customer service my story. Nice lady listened, but said there was nothing the store could do. She recommended I phone 1-800-WALMART. I did, and they said to go to the local store. I used chat feature, but they insisted it had been delivered to me. What can I do? Very frustrating!

Good deals here and some employees are friendly and will assist you.

I usually don’t expect much in terms of customer service when visiting Walmart, but Rodney, the Manager on Duty, completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me, something I don’t often experience. Rodney went above and beyond, personally directing me to where I needed to go and ensuring I was taken care of throughout my visit. As a pilot who frequently shops here when I come in from Phoenix, I can confidently say his work ethic is exceptional. Whatever he’s doing, all Walmarts should take note and follow his lead. Thank you, Rodney, for making this experience a standout!

I just wish the employees would be more knowledgeable about their own company any I wish the employees would be more friendly toward the customers that pay their wages. Walmart.com is not known to any employee that I asked throughout the entire store. At least 12 employees. I wanted to purchase a 75 inch TV and have it delivered. Not one employee could help me accomplish it. So I left the store. Also in the pharmacy. Dylan didn't tell me what scripts that I was purchasing and I left the pharmacy without one if my scripts that I usually buy. So I just assumed I had them all in the bag Dylan handed me. I was short the main one I drove from Taylor to get. So now I have to make another trip and it has been snowing.

Actually pleased with the grocery prices and the wide selection of everything else.

My concern is that the cash registers are not accepting tap to pay. Tap to pay is a much safer digital payment experience. Too bad... this might impact my future shopping decisions.

Shopping at Walmart can feel like a frustrating experience at times, largely due to common issues that many customers face. One of the most frequent complaints is the confusing layout. While Walmart stores are generally large and stocked with a variety of products, the inconsistency in the placement of items can make shopping challenging. Often, it feels like certain products are constantly shifting around. You might find a certain item in one place one week, only to discover it’s been relocated the next. This inconsistency adds unnecessary time and frustration to what should be a straightforward shopping trip.

Another problem area is the customer service and management interactions. Dealing with Walmart employees and management can often feel like a vaguely unpleasant experience, akin to "dipping your hands into old dishwater." It's not necessarily terrible, but it’s uncomfortable and often leaves you wanting to get out of the situation as quickly as possible. Employees can appear disengaged, and getting assistance feels like more of a chore than it should be.

While Walmart offers low prices and a wide range of products, these organizational and customer service issues detract from the overall experience. It’s a store you visit out of convenience rather than because of the quality of the experience.
