We had a great experience today at Wendy’s thanks to the nice gentleman named James who was at the front counter today. He greeted us with a smile and did a great job waiting on us. He made us feel important so that we will gladly want to come back.

The food was fast, and the sandwiches were fresh. The only gripe i have is that our fries were almost cold. We did not go back up to exchange them because we were in a real-time crunch. The cashier was very nice. The building was clean and very roomy. So, all in all, it was a pretty good experience.

If I could give zero stars for service and the respect that the workers have specifically at the drive-thru I would they care zero percent about how they treat people coming through the drive-thru they don't pay attention they slam the door in your face and make you sit there for 10 minutes while they stand there and talk

I love Wendy's food. However since covid I haven't ordered one salad that has fresh chicken on it. I've ordered this salad for years before covid, and it was excellent and always fresh. Now the chicken pieces are pre-cut, pre-cooked, and dry like they've been over heated. Shame on you for compromising your otherwise high quality food.
