Going to Bits has been a staple for me ever since high school. These days, I am sure to swing by every time I visit my mom. The pizza is one of a kind and I personally love the bread sticks enough to take an order home with us. We just order a classic pepperoni pizza and everyoneI have introduced it to becomes a fan! Definitely have to give it a try if you're in town.

I do not recommend having parties or even ordering from this establishment. We had a birthday party for one of our children here and we're very disappointed. We paid the fee to rent the area ($50) spent about $100 on arcade games for all the kids and $80 in food. We attempted to order food twice when we arrived and were told they needed a minute. After 20 minutes of waiting we placed our order and had to wait close to an hour and a half for 3 pizzas. We brought our own party tablecloths and picked everything up at the end and the manager handed us a rag and told us to wipe everything down. Extremely unprofessional. The place is run down- many holes in walls, torn seats, etc. The room we rented had 4 of the booths cautioned off because of a roof issue, which they did call about a week in advance to inform us about, but never offered a discount or anything and after seeing how unmaintained the establishment is, how costly the games and food is, and the overall experience I will not be going back to host a party, or even for food. Very disappointing especially with the potential a local pizza and arcade place has for families and events

This is the best home family on business pizza we have ever taste and it is marvelous. I recommend it over all the pizza places around here, including the pizza factory.
Used to be a 5 star, but as of today they no longer offer a thin crust, or so we were told. It has a little too much bread with the regular crust. I'll check one more time, as it is the best thin crust NY style around here.

I got some hot wings last night to try and they were ice cold. I absolutely love the pizza and bread sticks. I'm never getting the wings anymore 😞 This was a take out order so I wasn't aware of the cold wings until I got home. Very disappointed ☹️

A friend of mine came to Snowflake and wanted to go out for pizza. So I suggested Bits & Pizza. We ordered a pizza and drinks and ate in. My friend is handicapped and struggles daily. After dinner he needed to go to the bathroom. When he asked where it was he was it was “closed”. When he asked why, it was because “the dining room is closed”. Who in their right mind would mind refuses to allow an obviously handicapped person the use of a bathroom? He was polite about the rejection to the staff but informed me he would never go there again. I was highly embarrassed by how poorly he was treated. So if you are listening Bits and Pizza, just know Under Title III of the ADA, places of public accommodation (like restaurants, stores, and theaters) must ensure that individuals with disabilities have full and equal enjoyment of their facilities, which includes restrooms.

We've only been here twice now, with both of the times being different experiences. The first time, they ran out of pizza for the lunch slice special, so we just ordered a medium and figured we'd take the rest home. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and some hot wings, which we were extremely happy with as it was very delicious. The second time, we ordered by the slice but from the moment we walked in, we weren't sure that was a good idea. It looked like the pizza was just hanging out on the counter in the back, not in a warmer, nothing around it, just sitting there with a few slices missing. When we ordered, they just stuck it back in the oven to heat it back up. The taste wasn't as good as when we bought the whole pizza, which is expected when you order by the slice. It also looked completely different, even though they were both pepperoni. I should have gotten a picture of the slice :/ It's just really weird that it was just sitting out in the open... If we ever want a whole pizza, I'm sure we'll go back, but definitely not for just a slice or two.
Handmade pizza! Great place to take the kids and play in the arcade. Not sure if you need a whole pizza? They also sell their pizza by the slice!
