This is a great restaurant in Snowflake. They have good food. The chips and salsa is really tasty. It's always a treat to have Eva wait on you. She is so kinda to my daughter!

We have a plethora of Mexican Restaurants within a radius of 30 miles, most of them good. But, of all, this happens to be my personal favorite. Excellent food and service by attentive service from affable employees.
I like it. How much? I drive 30 miles to visit, passing other Mexican Restaurants 5 miles from my home.

It was so good. Eva herself came and checked on us while dining. Nothing I've ever eaten here has been bad, but my favorite dish is the poblano relleno. It has some spice to it. 10/10 my favorite dish!

Very good food, but 9 dollars for 3 tortillas! For that we should have gotten extra meat and fixings. Then, they charge 10 dollars for sour cream and guacamole! We had four different servers. Food took over an hour to get, the food was good, but not that good! Very disappointed in the costs of everything and then “hidden” charges that they do not tell you. Our 22 dollar fajitas cost us 31 dollars. We were not that hungry and just wanted to split something. Cheese crips were cold when brought out and not even cut. What a mess that as to try and split between 9 people. I’m surprised they didn’t charge extra to have the cheese crisp shared. We will not be going back, they have God all over the restaurant, but they have no trouble stealing for you! Would not recommend! Next time we will get two steaks for the price it cost us here. Again, very disappointed in the service and cost of everything.

Eva's delivers to Mexican cuisine what Chef Boy-R-Dee delivers to Italian cuisine. Bland and unremarkable. I would recommend dining elsewhere. Definitely not worth the cost.

Absolutely love the atmosphere, and staff. The food is great all the time. We have a big family and they are always friendly and accommodating even with the baby who makes eating out a challenge. Definitely our Family’s favorite place to gather in a wholesome Christian environment kid friendly.
