Writing this review because this is about the 5th time that I have had a bad experience at McDonalds in Snowflake and not gotten all my food I ordered. I have gotten happy meals that they didn't even get the cheeseburger in, gotten home to find we have no fries or pies. This is all after we get pulled forward to wait anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes. After that much time they can't even give us all of our food. Then I get home 20 minutes away and they want to say drive back and get your food. How about you give it to me while I'm there. Today we asked about pies. They said they had 7 ready. We get home and don't have our three pies we ordered. We ordered a cookie tote and we're told we were waiting on that. 13 cookies all cold and hard in individual wrappers not a tote. No way they were made fresh. So I call to complain and the lady hangs up on me. I call back and she decides to yell at me. I am tired of spending a load of my money at McDonalds and can't get all my food and what I do get is trash. This location needs to fix a few things. I worked fast food and it isn't that hard people.

There is no such thing as a cheap meal anymore. You walk in and are immediately reminded of what Starbucks would be like if they sold less coffee and more food. The prices are dumbfounding, the staff is uncoordinated, and they can't fulfill the smallest, easiest order in a timely manner. There is nothing "fast" about this food, other than the little amount of time it takes to digest.

Did a mobile order pickup like Iâve done several times in the past without issue. I was given my drinks and told to pull forward for my food. Waited for quite a long time and was only brought half my order. Asked the girl where my kids happy meal was and she acted clueless. I said it was part of my mobile order. She said âwe donât do mobile ordersâ. That makes no sense as I literally gave the girl at the window my mobile order code. She went back in and found my sonâs happy meal. Got home with the food, we had ordered several orders of fries. All the fries were burnt and super crunchy with no salt. They also forgot all the condiments we placed in the order and forgot the apple slices in my kids happy meal. Hands down worst McDonaldâs Iâve had in a long time. Big waste of 25 bucks.

We typically don't eat here but we're traveling for work in a rush and it seemed convenient...

My daughter waited 50 minutes for a 10 piece chicken nugget, and the cashier shrugged her off when she asked where her order was. I had to go to the restaurant and demand her food for her to eat. Phyllis Batala, the general manager, has shrugged this off like it is not a big deal. Almost an hour for fast food is beyond ridiculous, and you do not treat customers, no matter the age, the way they do.

This McDonaldâs location needs an overhaul. They gave us both the wrong sandwich and if that wasnât bad enough our food was barely warm. We did not have the time to go back. Serious retraining is needed at this location. The girl running the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. Will not be returning anytime soon.
