Almost everytime I go I must pull forward to wait for them to bring my order. Its not a large order. Just a quarter pounder w cheese meal. Yesterday I stopped in and bought the Big mac meal. No wait for it!! I was pretty stoked, I was hungry. It was dry. Dry. No sauce. No ketchup, mustard. Dry... I had asked for ketchup for my fries, I tried using on the Big mac, but ketchup did not taste good on it. Yesterday she was not working when I went, but they have a young lady with rainbow colored hair. She is always upbeat, funny and on the ball. The dry Big mac really did suck though.

Ordered on the app and refused to give me all the sauces that I ordered. Iask the RGM for more sauces Phillis she refused to give the sauce she said they have to charge for it. If it was needed to be charged it should ring it up with the order on the mobile app

If you're in a hurry, you might not want to do business here despite how hard the employees work here. They are busy, every day, almost all day. If you have a little patience and time, then you might not be disappointed. Although sometimes they are cleaning the frappe machine quite often than other Arizona restaurants. 😆

I ordered a large fry. They gave me VERY OLD fries and gave me the wrong size. Unfortunately I had my kids and was not able to go back. Gotta make sure you double check this place for sure before you drive off.

Just want to share to management that I experienced food poisoning yesterday. Still recovering today. I ordered two hot n spicy and a large drink Friday during lunch, and that's what I usually order everyday. Thank you. And have a great day.

The girl who is always there at the drive thru window is so rude with an attitude. The girl who has really short walmart box dye neon hair. She literally just handed me my food and said nothing and shut the window. She's done that several times now. Is it that hard to have manners?

Food was hot add fresh but I didn't ask if we wanted any sauce and then when we asked for sauce they didn't even put it in the bag and charged us for a medium fry then gave us a small 😠
I was happy they accepted EBT even on a long trip back home, EBT came through. I was running low on gas money. ⛽️ 🚗

Writing this review because this is about the 5th time that I have had a bad experience at McDonalds in Snowflake and not gotten all my food I ordered. I have gotten happy meals that they didn't even get the cheeseburger in, gotten home to find we have no fries or pies. This is all after we get pulled forward to wait anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes. After that much time they can't even give us all of our food. Then I get home 20 minutes away and they want to say drive back and get your food. How about you give it to me while I'm there. Today we asked about pies. They said they had 7 ready. We get home and don't have our three pies we ordered. We ordered a cookie tote and we're told we were waiting on that. 13 cookies all cold and hard in individual wrappers not a tote. No way they were made fresh. So I call to complain and the lady hangs up on me. I call back and she decides to yell at me. I am tired of spending a load of my money at McDonalds and can't get all my food and what I do get is trash. This location needs to fix a few things. I worked fast food and it isn't that hard people.

There is no such thing as a cheap meal anymore. You walk in and are immediately reminded of what Starbucks would be like if they sold less coffee and more food. The prices are dumbfounding, the staff is uncoordinated, and they can't fulfill the smallest, easiest order in a timely manner. There is nothing "fast" about this food, other than the little amount of time it takes to digest.
