Something needs to be done about specific a individual cussing and harassing customers. And other customers who go in the establishment who are wanting to fight literally this establishment is being used for the wrong purposes. Be careful of certin people who frequent this establishment they are not friendly and always make sure if you go here know that the bar tender that's been there forever will not protect its customers from those doing wrong and the bar tender will allow it to continue and allow that kind of behavior. There needs to be an end to the violent behavior that's presenting itself no one deserves to be cussed at when they are trying to bring business to the establishment and have a safe and fun karaoke experience and be able to enjoy snowflake. Something needs to be done about this. If the bar tender allowing this behavior allows this then the bar tender needs fired because allowing this kind of behavior puts everyone in jeopardy. Some travel miles away and work very hard and want to support the bar and this kind of environment should not be tolerated. Several that frequent the establishment go into the temple that are doing this to customers. My question is what is being done about this kind of behavior to protect the customers. The only thing witnesses have seen is the bar tender have those who are being threatened and cussed at and almost hit that we're a victim leave but the people doing this continue to frequent. That's wrong in so many ways. The public needs to know this is going on. When things change then a amended post will be made. I hope everything gets cleared up and that everyone will remain safe. Sorry for the post but someone needs to figure out people dont need to be acting this way and those allowing it need to be heald accountable and everyone needs to speak out. Everyone has a right to enjoy themselves and not have people trying to hurt them or bully them and it's been going on far to long. Please fix these issues and thank you for the wonderful experience we love to sing and go into the establishment and would sure miss it but if things dont stop its only going to get worse and some of us dont want to be apart of that.

Last Thursday night my son played and won in their Thursday night pool tournaments and than the owner started acting weird about paying me the pot and when closing time came 3 hours later they still had t paid me. It's a rip off don't do it. I don't know how they have a high google rating because this place is a joke.

Lots of fun here. We came for a dart tournament. Two weeks later, we came for another dart tournament! The owner is a sweetheart, extremely nice and personable. Nice place to come with a friend and hang out!
