Got given the wrong drink got told I could go back to get it replaced then once my husband went back asked about the price difference of the two drinks got told he wouldn’t be getting the money back of his price difference and tried charging him for liquid sugar to add into his drink

The people were nice and very accommodating. The coffee was great. I would have given it 5 stars. My only complaint is that the cookies I had ordered tasted raw and we couldn't finish them. Im not sure if they got these from a vendor or if they make and package them themselves. Or if this was just a one off situation. But this should definitely be checked out by whoever runs the place. Other than that, the experience was great and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.
