First time trying this place. Small parking lot and it took some time to get my drink, but the place was cozy, and the staff was friendly. Drink was amazing, had the cinnamon sugar cookie shaken espresso.

Good customer service is about listening and finding solutions, but this manager seemed more interested in proving a point than creating a positive experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve their approach to customer interactions! The owner is just a kid/teen that needs to take classes on customer service!
