It was a great experience. From the clean and well purposed building in setting up indoor dinning with plenty of room for large groups. You can also walk up mexico style stand to watch the taquero make your tacos fresh! The service from the grill to your plate is quite quick I ordered 16 tacos and the order was out in 20 minutes. The variety of meat choices is asada, pastor, carnitas, tripa. We ordered three of each kind and all the meats were cooked to perfection season adequately and were delicious. If you choose to eat in you will be served a choice of 5 salsas along with onion cilantro and cabbage fixing.

I've been a fan and customer for the past 25 yrs. Absolutely 💯 love the food, the family that owns El Cachanilla and their workers. Is like family to me and my family too.
I was super disappointed on my tripitas tacos when I took the first bite it seem as I was taking a bite of just sand ... I called to complained or to explained, of what just had happen but at the end I was more gross out when the lady told me that they don't clean the tripitas ?????

When I called, they picked up the phone, didn't say anything, I was waiting for 5 mins, I hung up
I then went in person, only 1 customer was waiting, the worker saw me, didn't even acknowledge I was there for 5 mins so I left, poor customer service

Visited this place with the grandparents and had a little difficulty ordering due to a pretty severe language barrier, but the older lady working there was friendly and once we got everything worked out the food came out fairly quickly and was pretty good.
Location is inside a back alley through what looks like a small back door into a seating area behind a food truck which is the actual kitchen as far as I can tell. It's not the most visually pleasing location on the exterior, interior seating area was clean if a little basic.
Parking: Extremely small parking lot that is shared with other businesses.

The food was amazing! We ordered the tacos al pastor, tacos de cabeza y quesabirrias, all with tortillas de maíz. Each one had so much flavor, and the amount of meat in each taco was generous! The red salsa was ? we enjoyed all of it.
