lady was loud and coffee tastes like crap

Went into the drive thru and the employee took our order wrong. When we let her know she said that it wasn’t her fault and it was our problem and was extremely rude. She even complained that her cook was mad that he had to make bacon for our order. She made it a hard time to just fix the order and kept saying it wasn’t her fault and that the cook was mad. All she could have done was say sorry I’ll fix that for you but wanted to argue about who was in the wrong when we didn’t care and just wanted to fix the damn order.

NN KIDS

They always take so long to give your order, i always wait approximately 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, no joke! And sometimes they can’t even assist you, supposedly their system is always down and they don’t have a way to charge you/ take your order. I don’t really come to this specific Jack N the box, but the few times that i have, I’ve always had a bad experience.

Yesterday, I ordered through drive thru and they were pretty much out of every soda I asked for my munchies meal was cold,the tacos look like they been sitting for awhile and the lettuce inside them was brown once again disponted

Very polite lady I felt so bad for her because they were short staffed and took for ever but she tried her best with the biggest smile on her even though she was so busy God Bless Her and the other person that was working 8/30/25 10pm ish

Flies inside. Food and trash on the floors and table. Staff workers hiding in the back so they have to clean. It's slow but no one wants to clean.

Very dirty restaurant. Came in to you have to order on kiosk yourself. They do not greet you or acknowledge you as a customer. Soda machine is not dispensing coke, restrooms are dirty. Manager is just standing there doing nothing. Horrible customer service. Can the quality control supervisor check this restaurant ?

My experience was surprisingly excellent, I would like to give an excellent review to the manager named Ricardo Casillas in Somerton Arizona, he helped us kindly and with a good attitude and attention and of course with a smile too!! Thank you so much !! , and of course we will return very soon again!!

Today was the first time I came to this jack, I was going to order some hamburgers with my husband, we were waiting for about 15 minutes for them to not serve, there were no more people than us, the people who were placing the orders were fighting loudly, because one of them did not follow orders on how to place the orders and after another few minutes we left since they were placing the orders wrong and we did not want to order something and have it delivered wrong.

I usually don't have any problems with this establishment but that isn't the case tonight. We came to use a coupon for a double jack meal, but when ordering I had to repeat myself a couple of times which I never mind. Then came the time to pay $13.20 so I used a $20, three $1's, and two dimes for a total of $23.20. I expected ten dollars back but was given a crumbled up receipt and equally crumbed ten dollar bill instead, I was a bit upset but mostly annoyed that it happened and to top it all off once he gave the bag containing our food he nearly let's go before I have a stable grip on the bag myself, thus, nearly dropping the food as well. I don't recognize him despite being a somewhat frequent customer, I did manage to see that his name was Martin. I hope this won't happen again and that if it does, then hopefully the person responsible will be held accountable for bad customer service.
