Ordered 8 tacos all 8 came without lettuce I was the only one in the drive thru and I backed up for the timer as well as I used to work for a jack in the box so I don't understand why my order wasn't done properly as their was no rush

They mess up most of people's orders at times. Other than that, it's a pretty nice place to go to eat.Parking: There's sometimes plenty of places to park, but whenever it gets busy, there's not much parking.

Got our Oder wrong didn’t complete the Oder right . Try calling nd they denied our calls nd answer one nd hanged up on us then disconnect there phone . This is very rude because they charge me for everything , the least they could of done is answer the call at
Went to jack in the box in Somerton and a rude team leader name Marianne didn’t want to charge me for 4 tacos she had me waiting more than half and hour in drive she was so rude and mean to me I’m very desapointed of being there when they gave me my tacos there were old and nasty I would recommend no one to go there

Dirty fry oil consistently plagues this location. Food is often inedible. I throw stuff away a lot from here, sadly. I wish we had more fast food choices in somerton.Staff are kind and polite but the food quality is not there. (Even for fast food)
