I ordered online it took about 30 min for my order to be ready and imagine picking up and getting home to this. Honestly it’s crazy and upsetting does not even have everything i ordered what a joke.

Just stopped by and walked right back out. There was only one girl working and the place was completely empty. We were there for about 10 minutes — she was making a online order and never looked up, greeted us, or even acknowledged we were there. Worst customer service. I ended up going somewhere else for food, and I will not be going back. Honestly, I’d be surprised if this place even stays open.

I've had online orders here a few times and you never really know what you're gonna get. Sometimes they're made good, most of the time--not so much. You order double protein and end up getting several thin slices of meat instead, which is more like their standard amount. It's mostly lettuce, bread, toppings and a total rip off. Going to stick to ordering from one of the Yuma locations instead. They usually know how to build the sandwiches correctly.
If you do choose to get sandwiches from this place, don't bother ordering online. Go into the store and make sure they actually give you double. (Nicely, of course).

I give Subway 1 star because they only had one poor girl working at 7:30pm and more than 15+ people waiting for 50 minutes, seems like they don’t want to hire more people to save money and prefer to waste people’s time. I give employee Dia 5 stars for being nice and professional.
