I came for lunch and was immediately greeted by the server. He told me that the special was Birria Tacos, Rice and Beans and that's what I ordered. As I waited, the server brought me chips and salsa. The chips were warm and the salsa was cold, but it definitely tasted good! My lunch came out quickly and it was hot! The Birria Tacos were outstanding. . .especially with the au jus. The shell was perfectly firm and the beef was cooked to perfection! The rice and beans were serviceable...
I had the hatch burger. It was everything I was hoping for. The rest of my party loved their food. It was the birthday of one of our group and the waitress was nice enough to give him a special dessert. I would highly recommend it.
Wonderful experience. The atmosphere was awesome. They have the best green chili that I've ever tasted. Would highly recommend chimichanga with a green chili sauce. Love it so much order two more to take to my chefs at my restaurant.
