The restaurant doesn't look like it had enough employees working there. Its not the cleanest of McDonald's. The food was good but nothing special.

Visit date – Friday, Jan 2 2026, ~500 PM. Not sure which millionaire owes this McDonalds location, but they need to work on making some service improvements. Went through the drive through – ordered a couple of cheeseburgers with fries and drinks. Pulled up to the window, paid, and was asked to go and park in one of the waiting spots (this is standard protocol 98 % of the time at this location – you only get your order at the window about 2% of the time). The waiting spot they asked me to go to had someone parked in it and waiting already (again this is always the case with this location). We waited 20 minutes and someone came out with the 2 burgers and fries – we waited another 5 minutes or so and then they came out with the two drinks (ended up being Dr Pepper vs Coke – but hey we got at lease what looked like our order after 25 minutes). Not sure what was going on as everyone was waiting at least as long as us. (Have also been to this location when they had NO burgers (??) and another time when their card machine was down and it was cash only).

This place has gone downhill very fast. I order my food, it comes out in less than 2 mintues. Frys and cheese on the burger were cold. Hot and spicy was room temperature. My soda had little to no carbonation. The place was a disgusting mess, food all over the tables as world as the floors. There was one other customer in the entire store so there's no excuse for this. The staff doesnt greet you, they have this look of defeat as well.

The employee working at the drive-thru should receive additional training on proper customer communication. I had to leave the line due to the unpleasant attitude I encountered after politely asking the attendant at the speaker to repeat herself, as I was unable to understand her because of her unclear speech.

The boss lady was SO hateful and rude. Charged me to two coffees when I said I wanted to use my $.99 coffee deal for my coffee. Very disrespectful. I had placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and waiting too long for it to be ready, so I went inside and what do you know. Its there on the counter. The employees were okay except for the, I assume, manager. I wont be coming here again, I was over charged and overly disappointed. That lady should either find another job or treat others better.

We went through the drive-thru... staff is always so extra kind and accommodating and polite! We love our mango smoothies, the coffee, and the chocolate chip cookies! Vanilla ice cream cones are delicious too! Guess you can tell we like sugar LOL😄💕

The man at the counter made us feel like we were bothering him. We should have walked away then. We went for breakfast and got two sandwiches and upgraded to orange juice. For two people it was 35 dollars. The food was so gross we didn't even eat it. Horrible. I'm not one to write bad reviews but please just skip this place. Go to the grocery store and get something.

CORPORATE THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE IN SPRINGERVILLE ARIZONA HAS BEEN DOWN FOR AT LEAST 6 YEARS! WHAT IS WITH THAT? CORPORATE YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THE MATTER!! I do not blame it on staff. I blame it on corporate! The staff are nice, the service is good, the food is good, the atmosphere is good. But why can't you put in a decent ice cream machine!!??? I really hope you read this and pay attention to it and listen to what I say. I doubt you'll do anything about it considering that you haven't done anything before this! It won't stop me from buying food at this McDonalds. I just thought I would meant about the ice cream being unavailable!
