We went through the drive-thru... staff is always so extra kind and accommodating and polite! We love our mango smoothies, the coffee, and the chocolate chip cookies! Vanilla ice cream cones are delicious too! Guess you can tell we like sugar LOL😄💕

The man at the counter made us feel like we were bothering him. We should have walked away then. We went for breakfast and got two sandwiches and upgraded to orange juice. For two people it was 35 dollars. The food was so gross we didn't even eat it. Horrible. I'm not one to write bad reviews but please just skip this place. Go to the grocery store and get something.

CORPORATE THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE IN SPRINGERVILLE ARIZONA HAS BEEN DOWN FOR AT LEAST 6 YEARS! WHAT IS WITH THAT? CORPORATE YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THE MATTER!! I do not blame it on staff. I blame it on corporate! The staff are nice, the service is good, the food is good, the atmosphere is good. But why can't you put in a decent ice cream machine!!??? I really hope you read this and pay attention to it and listen to what I say. I doubt you'll do anything about it considering that you haven't done anything before this! It won't stop me from buying food at this McDonalds. I just thought I would meant about the ice cream being unavailable!

Food was old and cold. You could tell it had been premade and sitting there for a while. I also order on the app and order a hash brown but apparently they were out of hash browns and thought that they could just throw a small fry in the bag and I wouldn’t ask for my hash brown. Then when I requested for a refund due to me not getting the item I paid for, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and argued with me asking for a refund FOR THE ITEM I WASNT GIVEN…. Like how incompetent must you be to think you can just take my money and not give me what I paid for…

Super impressed with how fast, efficient & kind the employees were! We ordered a huge amount of food and were served quickly with smiles and 100% accuracy!
Pulled up for one second, couldn’t hear the servers speaking because they weren’t talking loud enough into the microphone and when asked to repeat themselves they gave us attitude. When we told them to give us a bit more respect they told us to leave and refused to give us our order. IK shifts are stressful but keep your attitude to yourself.
