This subway was spotless! There was one customer, a head of us, and 2 employees working. They were polite and pretty speedy! The food was very good. I had a regular meatball sub, and my husband, the ghost pepper metaball. He loved his sandwich. The guys were great who made our sandwiches.

Bread was dry to the point of being hard. Dude serving hadn't shaved or combed his hair in weeks. I guess this is the world we live in now.

We recently visited the Subway in Springerville, AZ, and had a mixed experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. However, we waited quite a while before anyone started taking our order. It seemed like the team was busy preparing sandwiches for online orders and didn’t acknowledge us for a long time.
Once we finally got our sandwiches made, the young man who added the toppings was very nice, apologetic, and generous with the toppings. The food was good, and the place was clean, but the overall process took much longer than expected.

I arrived at the restaurant with my family at 7:50 PM, noting that their listed closing time was 9:00 PM. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of us, we waited in line for 10 minutes before being informed that they couldn't serve us because it was close to 8:00 PM and they would face repercussions for serving past that time. Considering we were already there and waiting, the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment based on this experience.

Just don't order ahead, never get your sandwich right. Otherwise it's not bad, but there's not many other options.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been in. The curly haired lady that made the sandwich was rude as all get out, rolling her eyes at us and forget instantly what I wanted. I was charged for a more expensive sandwich as well. When I went in to fix it they told me it was only 20 cent difference and didn't refund me. She also looked high on drugs and so did the other lady that rang me up. I would never recommend this location to anyone unless it's a LAST resort. I feel robbed. I can't mention any name as she didn't have a name tag on. The place was dirty as well. I will be calling corporate for sure.
Parking: Be careful as you pull in cause it's one way parking and is not clearly marked until you get into the parking area.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly as the people who work here are super rude and unprofessional.

Really like the roast beef sub. Eat it a lot while out on the road traveling on my motorcycle. And of course you have to get a chocolate chip cookie.

I had a meatball marinara footlong on cheese bread with pepperjack cheese slices and parmesano. The sandwich was properly toasted. The service was timely and the people were polite. I ate between the lunch and dinner hours, so the place was empty.

They can't keep staff long enough to learn the proper way to make a sandwich and I don't like the scrapping of the bottom of items (guacamole, tomatoes etc)
