Like other's, we were ignored by the bartender who promptly served other's. Seems this is an ongoing issue that does not get addressed by the owner. As a business owner myself, guests new and old should be treated equally and if an employee is complained about their behavior should change!!!!! Won't be going back.

Tried XA Restaurant after it came highly recommended, but left disappointed. The wings were undercooked and the onion rings arrived soggy and cold. Service was friendly and attentive, but the food just didn’t deliver. The atmosphere was dark and smoky, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, nothing exciting — unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Food was AMAZING. I am a vegetarian and they were very accommodating with removing bacon out of the mac n cheese, etc and the amount they serve is a lot. And if you're looking for good ol greasy fried appetizers (how i like it) then this is the place to go. Needless to say, the bar food and drinks were great. Went twice while staying in Springerville. Will be back again.

The food is excellent. I had the salmon roll and it was delicious. I was allowed to substitute a dinner salad for the fries which was a big plus. The salad was made with real lettuce. The atmosphere is fun. We happened to eat there on Trivia night and had a lot of fun playing. I highly recommend eating, drinking (if you drink), and overall having a good time at Xa Bar and Grill!

Service was great even though short staffed ( ,one no show employee)....chili could have been warmer. Onion rings and potato salad were very good. Place was a bit noisy, but that is what happens when people are having fun. I'd return to eat there again.

THE ROCK TALK GAME
Every friday at 9pm they have karaoke and to me the mac and cheese is to die for and the steak is really good very tender and the mural of the cattle and cowboys is just beautiful and the people there are very nice. This is my favorite place in all of Springerville.

Atended the comedy show last evening and while I've been to XA's in the past, I had not sampled their menu. So last night was a real treat. Their appetizer combo of mushrooms, spicy cauliflower bites, zucchini, dill pickles et al, were absolutely delishious and a real delight. Perfect flavor balance and the mushrooms were surprisingly juicy. We also enjoyed the Mac & cheese with grilled shrimp. Other than in my own kitchen, have i found shrimp so perfectly cooked. Update 8/30/25 We went back for another comedy show and had dinner. It was fantastic! We ordered the large combo appetizers, Mac and cheese, and Shrimp Skewers. Everything was cooked/grilled to perfection and the prices are very reasonable. This is definitely the place to eat if you are in Springerville. Can't wait to go back and try a steak. Clean and friendly Bar and Grill. We were visiting for a comedy show and stayed for some karaoke. Played some darts in between. Great space and drink prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back and try dinner next time I'm in town.

The coffee is made in a purculator over a grill. Yummy smooth smokey flavor. The Breakfast skillet was incredible.
