Excellent meal!
I had the 12oz ribeye, she had the pan fried rainbow trout.
Lisa was a great server!
I would only rate the ribeye a 6-7 on a scale of 10, but it was still quite good. All the other food items including the salads were great.

Parking: Dirt parking lot so not very wheelchair accessible.

I had been here before covid and had not had the opportunity to come back. This place is amazing, people are waiting even before they open. I ordered the lobster tail with steak. Ordered the clam chowder instead of salad. It was delicious and so was the bread ! I had to add a little salt to the steak but that okay, it was just fine once I added taste to my likes! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The creme brulee was my favorite but small once you put the spoon in?I loved it all and hope I can back soon!

I am so sorry to write this review. I don't like to be critical or put down a business. Our family went there to have a wonderful dinner after an incredible day. We have been excited to try this place as we have driven past many times. It started with a server saying she was going to seat us and the manager telling her that we have to wait and she needs to clear tables. We then waited 15 minutes to be seated. After we were seated a full 30+ minutes went by before someone asked if we had a server. Ten minutes after that the waitress took our drink order. The drinks were not good at all. My bloody mary was dark brown and tasted like Worcester and little else. My daughter's drink was made with vodka instead of tequila. The waitress said "really", but did nothing about it. I had the seafood platter, but the sauce which was supposed to be garlic, butter, and white wine tasted like vinegar. The two deep fried shrimp were missing and one of the scallops. The waitress asked if I wanted it. Hello, yes. That is what was on the menu and being charged for! My husband's lamb were no bigger than a tablespoon. Where was the food? The other two with us were very disappointed in the dryness of their meats. After the meal, my husband was signing the check. The manager came up and stood at our table. We did not call him over. My husband started to talk to him and he started yelling that the restaurant was in business 62 years and walked away. I got up and was walking out to leave. That same man came up to me and said, " Did you notice how full the parking lot was? 62 years of Business." I replied calmly that all my husband was saying was about our experience. He yelled at me to get out. Never did we raise our voices, but he felt the need to embarrass and yell at us in front of others. That and the poor food and service are why I felt compelled to write this review. Such a disappointing end to a wonderful day.

62 years in business and they still can't get it right. Food sucked, drinks sucked, service sucked. If you stick with tap beer, bottled beer, or wine, and their basic steak, you should be alright. Anything else, you'll have problems, Goodluck. I think the son is ruining a good business and their reputation. Very rude and very disappointing. We were so excited to come here, family of 4 was well over $200, but not worth it.

Honestly a horrible experience from start to finish. After getting our table, we waited 25+ minutes until a worker noticed we hadn’t been served yet. We had no silverware, napkins, etc. until we got our meal. Drinks were made improperly, food came out dry and lacking flavor, bread wasn’t served until a few minutes before our entrees came out. When expressing concerns to staff, we were screamed at in front of the entire restaurant by what I believe was the manager that “they have been open 62 years”, rather than any sort of apology or questioning on what they can do better. When a customer has a bad experience, you try and make it right. Instead the man in charge thought the best way to handle the situation was screaming at the customers. I cannot understand how they have a 4.4 stars on average.

Unfortunately, I had to leave 1 star, but I would have left 0. They've been
here 62 years, but seemed overwhelmed the entire time even though it was only half full on a saturday. The manager seems to be young, arrogant, and clueless. Waited over an hour at our table before the waitress came to get our order. Prime rib was the only dry, overcooked prime rib I've ever had when i requested medium. Salad was literally a plate of lettuce. Bread came after we finished our appetizers. Mixed drinks were literally not what we ordered. The manager was really rude when I tried to explain how I felt. They offered free desert, but my family and I really just wanted to leave, it didn't seem worth it and we're worried we would be there another 30 minutes. Asked for the bill before our food came.
