Great customer service. Delicious empanadas! All empanadas are served at breakfast time. We also got hot cocoa (not on the menu). We arrived from the valley at 10am to start my wife's birthday weekend with the sole purpose of going to the piebar!
We tried to come to the piebar 3 years ago, but the roads got snowed out. We started with BBQ pork, Philly cheesesteak, geen chili pork, breakfast egg cheddar, green chili and a side of the habanero chimichurri sauce.
These 4 empanadas were so flavorful, tasty and fresh! They did not need the chimichurri sauce although, the sauce is very tasty and spicy, so it's meant for spicy heat lovers....so good. 2 of them are filling, but I could have eaten 3 comfortably.
We're going back for sweet empanadas now!!! ❤️❤️❤️

When we go to strawberry, coming from our cabin in pine, we like to enjoy empanadas from PieBar. I like that they are flour crust and filled with a variety of fillings with various sauces. The kids love the sweet ones and I love the savory ones with the spicy chimichurry.

We LOVE PieBar! Kaylee was soooo welcoming, vibrant, energizing, and helpful!! We couldn’t get over how DELICIOUS every empanada we ordered was! Everything was so good, we even went back the next day for more! My favorite is the Loaded Baked Potato so far! Also, Kaylee was tipped off that my boyfriend would be proposing later that day and was super sweet to my family and shared in our joy!

They are open in the winter time until 5:00 p.m. . These little tasty empanadas are absolutely wonderful. You can tell they use quality ingredients to make these handmade items. Plenty of outdoor seating, clean and cheerful atmosphere.
