Stepping into SCW Fry's Grocery Store for a quick lunch or an on-the-go snack has become an unfortunate gamble, leaving me consistently disappointed and frustrated. Despite multiple visits during the midday rush, the experience has been consistently marred by a series of issues that are simply unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a grocery store that prides itself on convenience. My visits between 11:45 am to 1 pm, meant to procure a simple lunch, have often resulted in disappointment due to the unavailability of their typically advertised premade foods. It's a baffling predicament to find oneself in when the basic expectation of having lunch options available during peak hours is consistently unmet. Even on the rare occasions when chicken strips are supposedly available, they are meager in portion, stale in appearance, and lacking the promised crispness of fresh breading. As for potato wedges, they seem to have attained a mythical status, rarely gracing the shelves with their presence. Despite the swift intervention of the attendants, who rush over to assist, their efforts are rendered futile by the stark absence of food items. It's perplexing to witness such diligence from staff when there's nothing to serve. One can't help but wonder what assistance they intend to provide in such dire circumstances. The option to resort to premade sandwiches as an alternative is hardly a saving grace, as these offerings often suffer from missing ingredients, further exacerbating the sense of disappointment and frustration. However, the pinnacle of disappointment is perhaps reached at the checkout counter, where the cashiers consistently exhibit a demeanor that can only be described as rude and privileged. Their demeanor seems to suggest an indifference to customer service and a disdain for those they are supposed to serve. This is an egregious failure in basic courtesy and professionalism that reflects poorly on the entire establishment. In addition to these glaring issues, concerns about the usage of paper bags and overall cleanliness only add to the litany of grievances. One is left to wonder how such fundamental aspects of operation continue to elude the attention of management. In summary, the management of SCW Fry's Grocery Store should be deeply ashamed of the abysmal standards of service and professionalism that have become synonymous with their establishment. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational standards. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this grocery store to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant shopping experience. It's high time for SCW Fry's to get their act together and prioritize the needs and expectations of their patrons.

It wasn't enough to cut back on human cashiers, but now this Fry's location is replacing even more of the regular checkstands with self-checkout lanes. Seeing new equipment in place (but not yet installed), I asked an employee what was going on and was told "they're putting in even more self-checkouts so that customers will be forced to use them". NOT THIS CUSTOMER--and I won't restock the shelves, sweep the parking lot, or scrub the toilets, either. My days of shopping at Fry's are quickly coming to an end.

The wine bar is a great place to meet new people and relax with your friends. Bartenders offer great customer service and helpful. Reasonable prices.

I have been using Fry's "pick up at store" for a couple of years now. Always pleasantly surprised by their team members. Love how shopping at Fry's earns me money off gas per gallon too. Tried and true, they are always consistent and have amazing deals.

I don't drink wine or alcoholic beverages of any kind so I have no opinion exceot can't stand the smell of alcohol at all. If you have questions about coffee, I'm a near expert.?

Beware of the self checkout N**** Short curly hair loud and obnoxious. She stands over your shoulders while you are doing self check out like you are going to steal bananas or something stupid like that. Stick her in the booth at the gas station because you certainly can't steal gas. Forgot to mention that I have only observed do this to non white customers!!!

So unpredictable. Never know if their bar area, Murray's, will be open or not. Sorry way to run a railroad!

Prerequisite for pharmacy employee is to have a bad attitude. Everyone is the same. Crabby and grumpy. Nothing pleasant at all.

Love it.

The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because I was not a regular customer at that pharmacy. I just moved to the area so not sure how I can be a regular when it's my first time! Don't think I've ever been denied to do business somewhere cause I'm not a "regular". Said the medicine was only for people that fill there on a regular basis.

Never have I been to a wine bar at a Fry's, but today was so much fun with Kevin serving us. Sampled five different wines. Suggestion might be to actually have a price of the wines posted. One of them I couldn't even find on the app but Kevin got the price. I'm much better way to start our experience when shopping is really not fun anyways.

Love their pick up service and the choices of the different departments . Since I have trouble getting around such a large store this service still gives me the opportunity to have the variety I like and need.
