Location is horrible, Understaffed, place mobile order wait 20 minutes for it to complete and then have to wait another 30 minutes for the employee to actually start it and give it to me. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Seems to have insubordinate staff with no consequences. I've seen here a few times where staff didn't prep, leaving the next scheduled staff with produce to complete orders. Twice now, they didn't have any sliced onions or bell peppers, the 2nd time this happened, I refused my sandwich.
The staff was friendly but you could tell they were frustrated with the situation.
I hope the owner sees this post, as there are multiple complaints about the Mgr. Can't run a bus this way; I'll be traveling the extra couple od miles to visit the subway in Surprise.

$17 for a foot long Roast Beef! Way too expensive for just a sandwich!! Never going back again!

First off there are little flies everywhere near the drink station and the sandwich area. I was eating with my family near the booth and there are just little flies everywhere. Then when I tried to tell the manager with the dark red hair about it she just ignored me. And the food is way over priced. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Won't be coming back here and Wouldn't recommend eating there unless you want insects in your food.🤮

The manager there is high in the back the whole time there’s a line out the door giving no help to the customer or employees I will not be back.

Asiago cheese bread was harder than a rock and pretty cool to the touch for some reason. Excessive sauces.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for the past two and a half years. The food is fresh, and the staff are always friendly. I'd recommend this location for any couple looking for a nice and clean place to grab a bite to eat and socialize.

20 minutes for a sandwich with only two other clients in front of me. Staff seemed lost and confused and when asked if there was a manager there, nope just them. This store has slowly been going down hill for the past year and the owner just doesn’t seem to care about training. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is just ridiculous.

This Subway is always good. Only one person making sandwiches can take some time.
